सर तुम्ही जो विषय मांडला आहे तो अत्यंत गरजेचा आहे. तरुण-तरुणी तर सोडाच, अगदी लहान लहान मुलांमध्ये भारतीय मुलांमध्ये अशा गोष्टी बघतो ज्या बघून खूप दुःख होतं. आणि अमेरिकन किंवा बाकीच्या देशातल्या मुलांमध्ये त्या गोष्टी आढळत नाहीत. छोट्या छोट्या गोष्टींमध्ये खूप आपली मुलं उगाच डावपेच खेळत असतात आणि ते बघून त्यांचे आई-वडील त्यांना उलट प्रोत्साहित करत असतात. खरंच आपली value सिस्टीम दिवसेंदिवस अत्यंत खालच्या लेव्हलची होत चालली आहे. तुम्ही केलेल्या प्रयत्नाबद्दल धन्यवाद.

"सिद्ध,समाधि,योग" चा एक कोर्स आयोजित करण्यात आला होता. त्यात एक दिवस आपली सर्वात आवडती व्यक्ती असेल तिच्या बद्दल काही लिहायला सांगितले होते. ३० उमेदवारातून मधून फक्त एकाच तरूण मुलाने आई बद्दल विचार मांडले होते. इतकं उत्तर भारतात कवडीची किंमत देत नाहीत आईला. बाकीच्या बऱ्याच जणांनी दुसऱ्या मित्रांबद्दल, किंवा काहीच लिहीले नाही. मोठेच आश्चर्य वाटले. असं का झालं असेल, तर परकीय आक्रमणामुळे मानसिकताच बदलली आहे.
Nice speech sir. I have heard your many value based talks which are hilarious with msg. It's bit difficult to capture the attention of youth 16- 25.. By nature youths are rebellious and we all have been rebellious in one way or other in that age. So if one tries to impose any thoughts or values they will outright reject it. To seek their attention we have to be interactive, involve them in discussion, go their way a little to teach them how their path is right or wrong. This is my personal experience. I have interacted with youths and when they expressed their viewpoint, I appreciated that view even it was not up to the mark. Then I tried to subtly insert some sensibility into their viewpoint which they readily agreed..
A wonderful lecture Sir. Hearing you for the second time after watching a clip in WhatsApp. I find that your talk is laced with good humour and made interesting. However, having heard quite a bit on this topic I wonder how the value crisis could be averted unless the lessons are introduced from a very early age as in Japan. Media has good values too but our human tendency is to always look for fun as we wish to relax and fun around. Today the youth is tense as there is expectation from wIthout and pressure from within. Ashramshalas, our age old system of infusing discipline and promoting inherent qualities are rare and not patronised.
