Black families better start encouraging their children to focus on STEM programs. The community needs to increase its professional class. Period! There are plenty of great opportunities in America. Blacks, especially the men, need to focus and LEARN TO COMPETE IN THE RIGHT ACADEMIC SPACES. We need more attorneys, physicians, accountants, dentists, surgeons, financial and business experts, IT and engineers, upper management, nurses, electricians, plumbers, general contractors and the right entrepreneurs. ❤

This is true. I live in Chicago. I went to get a new license 2 days ago because I moved and I can't get an apt for another month because Pritzker just passed a bill to allow illegals to get driver licenses. So now the system is flooded. I can't get a license because of people who are not even American and don't pay taxes. Insane!
Which with that license will allow them to register to vote…people seem to forget all it takes is a license to register nothing else and why voter ID means nothing.
@@dylanloveskellytaylor4774no, there is a digital check. I recently became a citizen and had to update all that stuff in person. You cannot register to vote as a non citizen. If you do, it gets denied. I know from experience that it takes more than a license to register to vote.

It’s true, a lot of the men that retire from the Navy when my husband was in the Navy, retired at $1,200 a month. He served 21 years in the military and all he got was $1,200 a month and for 21 years of military service. That retirement is a disgrace.

I applied for a security position and at orientation, it was just me and a hispanic man. Not only did he get to start immediately and I had to wait two weeks, but they gave him $4 pay bump AT orientation, so he ended making $2 more than me. I dressed for the job while my man was in a t-shirt and jeans shorts. Dr. Umar ain’t telling no lies.

The security guard at the gate told him not to bother unless he spoke Spanish because the foremen only spoke Spanish and they only hired Spanish speaking workers for that reason. My son had Spanish in high school, but wasn't fluent enough to speak it in a factory setting. Speaking Spanish shouldn't be a requirement for a job in the US. We lived not far from Mexican town in southwest Detroit and on the bus route from there. It's ok though because they were paying them $6 an hour and the factory about a couple miles farther down was paying $15 an hour for the same job. Both companies did the same type of work with the difference being English vs Spanish. That Spanish speaking place was shut down about a year later due to OSHA violations.

I’m Hispanic and I’ve been telling people about this. I love my people but I also love my country and my fellow Americans. There is a crisis and we should take care of our citizens first. I reached out to Umar to come to one of my community events. All he asked for is air fare and a hotel. If I was selling tickets he would charge 4K. I reached out to David Banner, 20K plus air fare and hotel for 3 days. People say Umar chases the bag, but he’s really about his people. Trump had promised to restore it and he got enough people behind it to get it through Congress so it is permanent now. Head of the NAACP thanked him for it.
