Dr waseem India 🇮🇳 k ek Nutrition specialist hayn virat kholi k celebrities k wo kehty hain k Insan ke kidnys 1 hours me sirf 10 gram protien ko process kr k Blood me lah jaa sakti hai Or baqi ke protien Waste ho jati hain big intensitie me jaa k waste ho jati hai ... eysi lyea 50 gram 25 gram ek time me protien khana se roh baqi ke expensive protien k paissy zaya nhi hon gy 😢

Mughy reasults Amazing mily hain.. Lakin keri diet low carb high in protein and fiber hai.. With 2 hours weight training and 30mins cardio.. Hfty mai 2 din rest...
