Another hero we share 👍🏻 I saw every vid with dr Roberts. Love the one he is disecting heart tissue and blind guessing the pathology by signs of scarring and plaque. Love his Georgian twang as well.
Spartan vegan is great for preventing cvd, but I’d love to see vids of possible agents that can treat plaques or cancers naturally, like nattokinase, garlic, pycnogenol, bromelin, etc thanks!
@@PeterRogersMD yes but you're only eating 1 time per day. Passing fibre through it 1 time. Surely optimal bowels and intestines require a frequent flow of fibre throughout the day...
Could a statin for a cancer patient with high chronically high cholesterol help the patient avoid a blood clot or heart attack due to the stress on body caused by cancer storm? Even if patient is on a low fat plant based diet already- but can’t get #s down? Any benefits of statins in avoiding arterial blood clots?
What’s a day of omad eating look like for you? Do you eat similar foods every day? Do you try to eat everything within a one hour window? Just curious about the specifics… thanks.
Work all day. For dinner, eat starches like rice, beans, sweet potatos, potatos, oatmeal, quinoa. And a fruit. Then veggies when available eg. salad, broccoli. Then interdental brushes and floss.
@@PeterRogersMD thanks for the quick response! It would be great if you had q&a videos where you answer your viewers questions. Big fan of your channel!

He wrote his main paper about 2,000 autopsies of patients who died from coronary atherosclerosis. He described the patterns of that: always diffuse, etc. That's a lot more than "trust me bro."
