When your skin feels dehydrated, ensure you drink lots of water and eat lots of fruits and vegetables with high water content, and avoiding caffeinated drinks, use a gentle facial wash like riceberryy face wash by liittleextra to keep your skin's pH balance at 5.5, refrain from scrubbing your face too aggressively, consider applying Hyaluronic acid to help your skin retain moisture, and try using raw, unfiltered honey as a hydrating facial mask to achieve clear, glowing skin without acne; and in case you're feeling stressed, remember to unwind and achieve happy, healthy, stress-free skin.
Very pleased to use this facewash by litttlextra riceberry everyday. It Doesn't make my face dehydrated or oily in any weather. Makes my face appear soft. Amount is also great with high quality. Just 2 drops and face will look improved and clean and clear.
Yes, 100% eating healthy definitely helps you with your skin care definitely drinking water too. I never really thought that it would help until I actually started eating healthier and my skin got better and then when I started kind of going back into more eating a bit of junker foods my acne is starting to kind of come back, so I’m trying to back away from the junk food and stay away from it to see if that’s why my acne is coming back. I don’t really know why it’s coming back. I can’t really think of anything that would make it come back, but it’s probably the junk food but We’ll see.
I used both of these and both of them are just PERFECT. If you're looking for a clenser i would definitely recommend Cetaphil. I'm currently using 2 Cetaphil products and both of them are so good
@@Pinkman720 I'm also having oily skin. In my country Cetaphil cleanser for oily skin is costly. Is it okay to use gentle cleanser on my oily skin? Should I go for the other one? Is it worth the price? Please reply
Only talking to ppl with oily skin, please dont put any of these cleansers on your face they have certain ingredients in these that still dry out your skin without you knowing it. Your skin might not feel dry to you when you finish cleaning your skin, but what you dont know is whatever they put in these cleansers. There is always an ingredient that will dry your skin. So what you should do is to wash your skin with luke warm water and put on any moisturer you desire.
The ingredients include 3 different parabens (known to cause endocrine disruption and linked to breast cancer), propylene glycol (increases chemical penetration into your skin and bloodstream) and sodium lauryl sulfate (known to cause skin irritation). Additionally, ethylene oxide is often added to sodium lauryl sulfate in order to make the chemical less irritating to skin and hair. This process creates a byproduct called 1,4-dioxane, a known carcinogen. Exposure can be toxic to the brain, liver and kidneys.
I have sensitive combination skin. When I used oily skin cleanser my skin became dry after 7 to 10 days of use and whenever I used normal to dry skin cleanser, my skin starts to darken after few days . the moisturiser gave me breakouts.the cetaphil products are so widely recommended but not a single product worked for me.
I love cetaphil too much😭😭 I’m currently using the first one but the second one was really good too and I loveee the moisturiser but unfortunately I’m pretty sure I’m allergic🤧 Edit: I just recently got the gentle foaming cleanser and omg😍😍
I have a dry skin and I have always loved CeraVe and buy them in bulk..... recently decided to just get a vanicream though I'm still yet to use it since I have CeraVe but intend to anyday my face seems a bit sensitive.
@@bhat_tahani3589 Basic skin care routine: 1. Moisturizer (depending on skin type, use a cream or lotion. Ideally with niacinamide or hyaluronic acid) 2. Cleanser (ideally with salicylic acid or benzoyl peroxide as acne treatments. That said, use a basic one if you're using a retinoid to avoid irritation [vanicream or Cetaphil]) 3. Sunscreen (very important to prevent skin damage. Ideally, a zinc oxide one.) 4. Retinoid (retinol or adapalene. Increase skin cell turnover and treats acne. USE sunscreen if using this.)
@@bhat_tahani3589we have the same skin type. I've been using differin adapalene gel, glycolic acid by the ordinary, niacinamide with zinc by the ordinary, la roche posay cicaplast b5+. I also use sunscreen everyday.

Before I used to apply a lot of face washes but none of them matches my skin type..as my skin is really sensitive ..and then I started to use Cetaphil cleanser and Cetaphil moisturizing cream...this two did magic to my skin
Guys 1 more thing u don't always have to use cetaphil U can look for other brand's products too Which doesn't contain harmful ingredients Dermatologists are paid to recommend this
Only thing stops me from buying this . Tooooo expensive!!! Never bought a cosmetic cream or fashwash or something else in life . For this small box I have to pay this much???😤😤
You don't need to damp your face after applying the serum. Just directly apply the moisturiser. If your serum is a humactant or water-based serum like niacinamide or hyaluronic acid, then you can apply that serum on damp skin. If you're applying moisturizer after facewash you can apply moisturiser without drying your face completely.
After using the gentle skin product and I got fungal infection on my face, specially under eye and cheeks. But my skin was glowing. Can someone please recommend that can I use the oily cleanser?
While other brands kicked out paraben Cetaphil still using methyl paraben and still dermatologist recommending this product and every one is loving it. Please before using this please check the ingredient list properly. Better to use Dr. Sheth's cica and ceramide gentle cleanser ✌️
Can anyone recommend a good double cleanse combo that can actually effectively remove Australian Gold Tinted mineral sunscreen? Because I love that product but mmmmman does it stick to your face like glue. I dont want to switch to a more hydrating sunscreen either before anyone chimes in with that lol It took me years to find a sunscreen I like so I'll be wearing australian gold to the grave. Thanks in advance!

It's not for dry skin.... Why they said I don't know.. I have dry skin and i used it for 2weeks and it's give me a lottt of pimple... It has been 3month now...scine my pimple is not gone properly... And my dermatologist said it's not for dry and sensetive skin... If ur skin feel started itching then stop this immediately
I have dry skin so i startes use Cetaphil gentle cleanser but after 2 3 wash I saw some tiny bumps on my face later the became red why this happened to my skin (I'm 14 year old girl)
I bought cetaphil cleanser for dry skin but it is not creating any foam I'm doubtful now how will it cleanse my face... I don't know what's happening when I apply it to my skin.
I bought it with the Moisturizing lotion for dry to normal, sensitive skin. I'm gonna use both until I run out to see how it works and if it works really well, those two will be my to go products for me. I am also over 50 and have sensitive skin. I've tried lots of products, so I'm hoping I finally found some products that will do what I need them to do.
I got a question so i use dry cleaners and they feel better to me but i look shiny do i have combination skin and if so is it combination dry or combination oily and which cetaphil would be right for me i also have sensitive skin
so cetaphil recommends cetaphil? there’s absolutely no way. this news is over bearing. i cannot handle the complications within that statement. it’s so raw and genuine i can’t believe it
Does anyone have any tip for an 11 year old like me who have alot of acnes? My mom recently bought me a cetaphil that's for oily skin and I don't know if it's improving or not. I'm using the one for oily skin in the morning at 10am because I'm more active in the morning and the gentle skin cleanser at 6:30pm. Is that good and will remove my acne anytime soon?
