Just received mine last week ( green Reakt) . Beautiful body shell, although decals had little air bubbles trapped inside, nothing the X-acto fine point blade couldn't fix. Front tires are crap, they almost ate all the rubber with just a few passes (one or two hours of asphalt drag use), but great traction. Rear tires are stronger, beefier, last way longer. Servo still working flawlessly, ESC super cool after dragging many many times with 3S ,70C 5000mah lipo battery. 2S is waaaay too boring for this car. Motor never got warm. Had to lift the body two holes with the body posts to avoid scratches to the green shell. Transmitter/ receiver are crap, no more than 125 or 135 feet range and lose control of the vehicle. The AVC feature is fantastic though. Worked flawlessly. But goodbye to that tx/Rx and hello to my Spektrum SR315 and DX5R tx ( so no more AVC gyro) unless an external gyro be installed. Easy peasy. Stock 30WT shock's oil replaced with 50WT for better handling and cornering. Included decals are not precut. No big deal. Overall, very customizable kit , fun to drive, and very satisfied with it. Great job TA, with the DR10.
I've been pushing my local hobby shop to start carrying jconcepts parts they just got some bodies in im grabbing a cpl creeps 👍🏻💯 now they need some landmines in stock they said they are on backorder but i will have them soon
i was hooked as soon as i saw the 55', and things were going well......then suddenly a camaro appears. i think i've found what my next genre' of R/C is going to be.........

The more I see this is a sweet little street dragster really thinking I’d get one! I think an old 90’s style Chevy blazer body or like a GMC Typhon body would look good on this as well!
I have what has to be one of the very first Slash 2wd's available. It's been a basher, a indoor carpet track racer. Oval truck racer. It has had several different power systems in it. I once even sold it then bought it back! To get some idea how long I have had it, it has been totally rebuilt and modified, and has a Scott Speed SC body. I just bought the JConcepts hotties and Star tec wheels. Green compound. I have a body for it, JConcepts, but I can not find the necessary extended body mounts anywhere. So it has an OLD SC body witg no fenders until I can find them. P.S. I do not miss the 27mh radio that came with it!
But it sucks and it's too expensive for the crap you get,and because of the junk you get it's hard to drive like the tires, and hardly any if any upgrades
