12:43 Complex doesn't mean good lmao. This is a point that applies to all danganronpa games, but the killers' downfall is that they are absolute geniuses with no common sense. A simple murder leaves behind the least clues, but they insist on making it complicated and leaving behind enough clues to figure out exactly what happened and who the killer was. Take Mitch. He had the hammer and the meeting set up, and if he just swung, killed, and left, there would be virtually nothing to go off of. He wouldn't even have had to touch the body. He could just leave the hammer in the trash room bc it's not like they can tell much just from the hammer. They don't have the equipment to fingerprint people, that's for fucking sure. But no, he had to do the whole setup to make sure that everyone knew the killer was tOtAlLy A gIrL. Look where it got him.
Hell, the killer who arguably could've won the easiest in THH was Mondo, who most of his plan was to cover up stuff about Chihiro, not about the murder itself.
I think I’m honestly the only person who really loves mitsuhiro. It was nice to have a 2nd shot with Leon even if it was short lived since he got me into the series after all.
i dont love mitch but i do feel really bad and at first i really disliked him but i started to like him and mitsuhiro is actually a pretty cool character so its a shame he died so early
Monokuma: You dont scare me! Tsurugi: Shut up, Monokuma. I dont know where you got the balls for that, but someday I'll bring you to justice myself! Monokuma: Tsurugi might be an exception Me, Laughing: *TSURUGI WANTS TO YEET MONOKUMA INTO THE STRATOSPHERE AND THE BEAR KNOWS IT. I SWEAR TO GOD-* My friend, in the background: *Concern*
thank you for the translation! it's great this game is getting the attention it deserves honestly, not the biggest fan of mitsuhiro but that execution...was brutal. his reasons for murder remind me a lot of sayaka's in dr1
The 79th Class aren't pulling any punches. When Leon was exposed, people eventually sympathized with him & Sayaka. Sayaka tried to kill because she wanted to know if her band members were okay. And Leon killed her out of self defense. Every single murder was all because of the mastermind. Granted, he should've said something like. "NONE OF YOU UNDERSTAND! THEY'RE NOT JUST MY FANS, THEY'RE NOT JUST MY TEAMMATES! THEY'RE MY FUCKING FAMILY! IF I HAD TO SLIT MY THROAT JUST TO SEE THEM AGAIN... IF I HAD TO BE DRAGGED DOWN TO HELL JUST TO SEE THEM AGAIN... SO FUCKING BE IT..." instead of "Soccer is everything" so we'd sympathize with him more... but still, the motive is, somewhat, justifiable
@@hoobadoobamaster8551 He technically did. Yea, I get he went out of his way to unlock the door & Kill Sayaka. But think about what was going on in his mind. What if she tries to kill him at a later time or lie & play victim. Neither side is really at fault.
@@hoobadoobamaster8551It's not like he had a choice. If he left Sayaka alone, she would play victim and point fingers at BOTH Leon and Naegi. And then she would simply try again, this time being more carefull.
@@Creative_StudioMic I don't think THAT would happen because the reason she died against Leon in the first place was because she was uncertain about betraying naegi so I doubt she could do it a 2nd time...also why are you replying to a 2 year old comment
I feel like for the execution they could have made a variation of that one funny soccer clip where no matter what the goalie somehow took the ball to the face, but made it more extreme where he is trying to block it and was successfully doing so until the end, where the final ball probably popped out spikes and hits him either right in the chest or the face killing him instantly
Here's the problem with Rei. Being as prickly as she is, no one would value her life highly in this game. More group bonding might have stopped this killing, because between valueing the life of essentially 15 strangers over friends or family, most would obviously choose the latter. The problem with this entire speech AGAINST mitch is it assumes they all are not capable of murder. Actually the opposite is true, as people at the top of their fields, most would fall under some sort of sociopathy. This means, all would value their lives over others, under the right circumstances. So REI's taunts are completely wrong. This was unique and in most situations Mitch would not kill. That's the point in most cases of Danganronpa. Grab 16 random people.and one would likely kill to get out. The moral grandstanding at 21:30 by everyone is more that THEY are cowards because Mitch did what they could do but did not.
@@pallascatsareawesome1213 The troublemaker characters can have their reasons. Rei is acting like, a) she knew what happened in this case, without proving she did, b)acting like she has better morales than Mitch, c) makes no sense with the soccer analogy. While Mitch certainly could kill, it wasn't like he was shook emotionally. His emotions got shook, decided rather quickly to kill and escape and came up with a plan. Being a quick thinker after the murder is not proof of preplanning, and I wish they showed some interaction between Mitch and the victim, just before she died
10:36 First time I agree on female Togami. 17:42 Monokuma: I ain't scared at all... Oh well maybe except Tsurugi. Though Mitsuhiro is somewhat a pervert I feel bad when I found out how genuine his worry is with the vid... On second thought, nah, I don't feel bad for him at all, though I respect the decision and dead overall. Atleast I will give him credit to target first the most reliable guy, male Kirigiri.
Shaymin I did their was a summary of the game called dra true facts and the fanganronpa wiki has the death order and has an explanation of why each character died
probably bc of his talent, if tsurugi, the ultimate police officer, died then the trial might have been harder for everyone edit: oof just watched the video and now its comfirmed
Talent, obviously. Kinjo is pretty much the leader of the group. Added up with being a Ultimate Policeman, he pretty much retains order with the group. Without him, the group will fall apart. That's why Mitsuhiro wanted to kill Kinjou.
Tbh, I wish Mitch lived and he became the chapter 4 death. SPOILER ALERT I wish he would become a main suspect in the first trial but yuki defends him and someone else becomes the killer. Then after that the next morning he continues to be cocky but yuki punches him causing mitch to go quiet for a while until a couple of days later where he apologises to everyone like akane for sexually harassing her and everyone else for being cocky and a nuisance. Then he for ch2 and ch3 he becomes likeable and a friend to yuki and everyone else and to everyone else he 'confessed and fixed his sins' but in the ch4 ballroom he doesn't feel like he has a purpose anymore and he chooses to commit suicide to fix his sins but then someone walks into him and then they have a match match see who will die which mitch lost (on purpose) so the person who was going to kill kills him and this causes the chapter 4 case to go like this. This is why I think mitch should have survived.
