Bran Castle is a fortress in the Principality of Transylvania built on a rock, first from wood by the Teutonic Knights (y. 1212) and then from stone in 1377 by the Saxons.
Commonly known as "Dracula's Castle", it is the home of the title character in Bram Stoker's Dracula.
