You're welcome, but it's a little outdated now, thanks to the Trespasser DLC. I might make an updated version, with the new abilities, when I can get the time to do it again
NordDorian What level can I unlock warrior specialisations? At level 10 there are weird trainers in Skyhold, nothing related to warrior but I guess it’s as my main character is a hunter.
So I know this is a super old thread like I'm playing dai I'm 2019 I have a lvl 14 enchanted knight elf and I decided to make a human worrior a couple of days ago these specializations I'm having trouble with and you can only pick one if I go champion well with passives and other skills it's a god level survival rate the templar well idk my character or rather I'm more complex then being a template or reaver being a knight is awesome or being a viking berserker I'm hoping there's a way to be a champion while also having a high dps or Templar with high resistants and dps for the reaver idk black out rage is sometimes good it's too bad there isn't a class or way to use a skill or passive from each I could just not specialize but then I'd be stuff with only the first four trees I may go Templar cause I guess that's an equal balance. I want to be a Savage worrior but still have the cognitive awareness and sense to show mercy (RP aspect) I want blood to rain down on me and still show remorse and sorrow for my victims yet I have resolve and will kill without hesitation, but in war evil does not exist both parties are wrong and right I'm a worrior that craves and also despises bloodshed I don't battle for any faith or god not do I battle for glory or power I simply battle to live survive because war blade Ash and blood is my home I see no justice in the death of others only a means to an end . I suppose the story of the game I should go Templar especially if I'm rift hunting but all these classes seem shallow especially with their skill trees
After you unlock the Specialization class, you need to go to an area with them in your party for them to "unlock" their special class. It's weird, I know. If that doesn't work, use them for a little bit and it should unlock
They are dropped by special named enemies at the Black Fens, The Flats, and East Side Hills; the'll be two-handed warriors. You can try your luck with Saphi in Val Royeaux, if you have the Short List Inquisition Perk. But its a random appearance and a waste of a perk. One of the enemies appears near the Astrarium near the first camp site, where you meet with Scout Harding. The second enemy appears near a boat house to the north of that Astrarium; near the cave you come out of after dealing with the Fade Portal in the lake. The last one you can find near a quarry close to where the Bridge to the Dam controls are. I hope this was helpful and I'm sorry I can't be of more assistance.
I'm not sure, it's been 5 years since I last did played this game and made this video. More likely than not, I bought it in Val Royeaux or in the Black Emporium
Both are great classes. A Reaver can tear through enemies, f you level them up right. While a Tempest has some great perks and their Focus attack is great for taking down large groups of enemies. They are usually the two classes I use, that or Assassin instead of Tempest. Both are pretty fun as well
Yea Tempest looks so fun to play, but Reaver can deal so much dmg, never played Warrior in dragon age so i am a bit unfamiliar to them, cuz i always expect warrior to be a tank in the team, but your videos prove that rogue is so much more fun to play both assassin and tempest specializations, since the Reaver is focused more or raw dmg then on some cool moves, expect that claw attack that is awesome
