Well, solo AW Wynne means we'll be lacking a support up until later lvls even if we pivot Morrigan to fill the role, and even with that she'll be a weaker version due to only 1 spec. and no Vessel, leading to mana problems and lack of CC. If we want to play as multiple AWs - that setup is covered later into the video
@@memefficient Speaking of arcane warrior, I've picked it to complement blood mage but only used one of it's perks once: during gaxkang. And even then it felt unnecessary since MC exists. Are the spells/perks situationally beneficial or AW just allows us to wear the best helmet in the game?
Yeah, it's for the helmet. You can pick Spirit Healer to get more bang out of the 2nd spec., but there are plenty of basic spells to get. SH is totally on par with them though, just a bit more situational
Haven't played Inquisition yet, conceptually I like Artificer the most out of its specs. Considering Origins, I'd say in Origins my favorite is a dual-wielder warrior (esp. in Awakening). As for DA2... prolly hybrid rogue (mostly daggers but with occasional bow usage, including applying Disorient and doing area damage).Mages are more powerful (and consistent in their powercurve, looking at you Spirit Warrior!) in both games overall, but I prefer playing martials or hybrids :)
Story-wise they haven't produced anything great since DA2, at least not in this setting. The whole Solas arc too weak and non-compelling to carry a game, let alone 2. Also, considering the new characters... let's say, the chances of it NOT killing Bioware are slim at best
Tbh I think we will be probably pulling off a y/n changes handsome jock on solas... And the playersexual thing kinda loses the companion's agency. And defeating ancient gods with three spells is... laughable
