Dragon Ball FighterZ - Nappa Roasts Yamcha 

I want to point out that Yamcha actually kicked that Saibaman's ass. The only reason he died is because the thing latched onto him and exploded.

Yamcha may have been killed by saibamen but at least he never had his own partner turn on his ass and blast him into pieces.

Shouldn’t Yamcha be stronger than nappa after the frieza saga

But Yamcha in the Buu Saga was effortlessly beating up warriors from the Kai Realm. Including that Hercules guy that Goku had issues with in the beginning of the Buu arc. By that scaling, Yamcha could beat Nappa, Frieza, and Cell rather easily. Stop the Yamcha hate.

This whole game is basically the roast of yamcha. Another reason to buy this!

So you are calling him weak just because of the Saibimen. Are we really going into the whole Saibimen crap again. For your information Nappa, you saw how Yamcha handled the saibimen quite well and he was stronger then their power level. Just because the damn plant thing did a surprise attack, doesn't indicate that he didn't handle the saibimen well. Surprise attacks can happen either way by villains or the good guys.

So, why is this titled a roast for Yamcha, exactly? He tries to be chill and equates the Saibaman insult for what it is: nothing but a cheap shot and then basically is telling him to stfu while Nappa looks at him bug eyed.

Yamcha is always roasted in these cutscenes, but in the actuall gameplay, he's a really strong option.

Nappa shouldn’t be talking shit to someone stronger than him

Yamcha has gotten a lot stronger since getting owned by a Saibaman. Him, Chaotzu, and Tien did manage to defeat The Ginyu Force. This includes Recoome who (Next To Ginyu) was probably the most powerful fighter in The Ginyu Force. Not even Vegeta (at the time) was able to do that, but by the time Goku showed up and took out Recoome and Burter (and scared off Jeice), and gave Vegeta a Senzu Bean, it had been implied that Vegeta had surpassed Recoome, Burter, and Jeice sincs Saiyans get stronger each time they recover from a beating since he was able to overpower him with ease.

Why is Yamcha scared if Nappa? He'll merk him

*Couple of facts* 1.yamcha at his peak is bare minimum 80 to 100 times stronger than nappa 2. Yamcha after the saiyan saga was absolutely nowhere near krillin or Tien Krillin was much ahead of yamcha

"Couldn't handle some Saibamen" Yamcha BEAT the Saibaman he faced and offered to take on all the rest at the same time. Then he got sucker-punched, or rather sucker suicide bombed, by the one he'd defeated. Yet people act like the Saibaman kicked Yamcha's ass without him getting a punch in. History gets written by the victors, ugh.

Yamcha being clowned whenever he goes. Maybe we can see Gravity roasting Yamcha in a video game soon.

This video gives me an idea. Imagine Raditz and Nappa returns with Perfect Cell to look for Goku and they see Yamcha in the distance while on the hunt for Son Goku. Nappa says “I see Kakarot’s friend Yamcha who lost to a Saibaman, let’s attract Kakarot instead of looking for him manually!” Perfect Cell says “Ha what relief to add to the hunt for Son Goku, it’s been a while since I caused suspense. The Cell Jrs. were indeed inspired by the Saibaman so let’s give Yamcha boy both of them!” Raditz says “16 years in hell and finally I get to see Kakarot again for what has happened to all of us. Burning in hell with you Nappa for 15 years, burning in hell with much of the Frieza Force and Frieza himself for 12 years, and you Cell for 11 years and it’s not like most of the times they separated, they pitted us together most of the time! Man what Kakarot did. It took after Kakarot defeated Majin Buu for us to leave, man it was an epic battle of Kakarot, I was impressed.” Perfect Cell says “Let’s descend boys!” Yamcha says to himself “Ha enjoying the breeze no one can interrupt me now.” Than all three land. Yamcha says “Perfect Cell, Raditz, Nappa impossible!” Perfect Cell laughs and then says “Heya Yamcha, how are you? Alone without Goku?” Yamcha says “Definitely! Goku doesn’t alway hang out with me, we need space you know even parents need space from their children.” Raditz says “Than why did you hide from me in that when I came for Kakarot on Kame Beach?” Yamcha says “I was scared of you that’s all.” Nappa says “Well you weren’t scared of the Saibaman, in fact you loved it.” Yamcha says “Well I got over my fear of big tall people back then and wanted a real challenge any size, I love challenges.” Perfect Cell says “If so you don’t mind if I plant the Jrs. and they plant the Saibaman and we all fight you, right?” Yamcha says “The Jrs. are inspired by the Saibaman and are a bit stronger no big deal.” Perfect Cell says “You are right about the Jrs. and the Saibaman but we got stronger in hell before we got revived.” Yamcha says “Bring it on, I got a lot stronger.” Cell plants the Jrs. to maximum capacity and Raditz and Nappa run out of seeds just to be fully armed with Saibaman. Yamcha says “Ow oh, I made a big mistake, Goku HELP!” Perfect Cell says “I set the theme perfectly for the arrival of Goku, come on boys let’s give him a show while Son Goku is on his way!” Yamcha is fighting them all alone. It is almost even the damage they both receive and then Yamcha fall on the found out of breath. Then Goku arrives. Goku gives Yamcha a Sensu Bean. Yamcha says “Thank you Goku, it seems they setup your arrive by using me.” Goku says “I can see, what gives Raditz, Nappa, and Cell?” Perfect Cell says “We were flying on our way to your house but we spotted Yamcha so we thought a little visit is better, beside I had to perfect my method of suspense. It is nice to see you again Goku after 11 years in hell, I really miss you!” Goku says “I do miss our battle I admit.” Raditz says “Kakarot it has been 16 years. The day finally came. After the defeat of Majin Buu my time in hell was over Kakarot!” Nappa says “It has been 15 years Kakarot. The whole Majin Buu reminded of you breaking by back for some reason.” Goku says “Aw my evil brother and Vegeta’s former partner with Perfect Cell, I’m not surprised, did Frieza support you or something?”
