The first parts really should have it too as they do change between his forms/who he's fighting. I'd put it down to not knowing where specific lines are used since JP doesn't change as drastically.

In another universe this game sell millions and got a part 2 and 3 with the majin buu saga,movies and maybe until the battle of gods support from there the 4 part would have become like xenoverse with a bunch of dlc cash grab
