@@NaClO Frankly, I'm not sure if the game itself is ever going to end anytime soon. Dove and Verlyus have stated they have no plans to stop working on Dragonfable as they don't want the game to go the way of MechQuest (word of mouth, admittedly, don't know where they said this, this is just what folks in the community are saying they said) I do definitely know, however, that they have plans for a Book 4, there is still the Reimagined series, there's still side quests for them to create, and they want to keep revamping classes. Soulweaver is supposed to be next and then presumably Necromancer afterwards. There's also some "coming soon" stuff in Book 3 that needs addressing as well. And then there's the inn fights. The community is active on Discord and Tumblr and Dragonfable is one of AE's more popular games. Some assert that it's the only one worth playing. With all of that, I'll bet that Dragonfable has at least 5 more years of content coming. Dove and Verlyrus taking over the game has been a god-send for it. As a guess for what Book 4 will be about, a common theory is that we'll be going up against the Dragonfable pantheon. We'll become God-slayers.
Hard to believe after these tweleve long years, we're finally having that much awaited showdown with Jaania herself and it's all so deliciously tragic. I must say I'm quite surprised she offered us a chance at godhood a complete turn around from how she viewed us during the Gala though I suppose when confronted with the truth of Akanthus' betrayal and how genuine the hero is in the efforts to protect people, not to mention the fact that damned mirror was the only thing she ever trusted, did really have any other choice but to see she was wrong about us?
She does see that she caused way more harm than good, but it was only after Akanthus' flatly told her "Yes I used you and I'm as bad as the rumors say." But she still holds onto the sliver of hope that she can "fix" all Lore's problem. A messiah complex is something no one should have
I usually skip the fighting part. But Im amazed that even the fighting scene had deep story.. I did not expect Aegis would come in the middle of a fight.. AQW would never do that.. Bravo to the whole team.. I hope they would not rush the ending...
They need to end it because Fleshweaver class is almost finished, but yeah, they say ''battle is far from over''. There is still a Doom device, I am sure Akanthus will use it. Maybe Part 2 will be war, who knows..

@@danijel1283 I’ve also heard that a Soulweaver revamp is on the horizon, which if that’s true, that’s excellent news. It’s a visually and thematically cool class, but when I tried it recently, I found it to be very boring.
I really feel sorry for her. Jaania's not evil, just hurt and misguided. She did have some good points though and was especially surprised she offered us to join her.
Unlikely given that particular spell kills you outright and nullifies the magic of its intended target. Doesn't make sense to waste her soul on using it on us or the rest of the party and if she uses it on the core, assuming it could even work on something of that size, she might end up killing everyone which goes against why she decided not to risk cutting off everything and everyone from the core and weave herself into it instead.
@@cuchulainn3309they are called soul "allies" for a reason. Even corrupted spirits are loyal to the weavers they contract with. I think is more likely that Akanthus will backstab her just like Drakath did to Sepulchure
@@mauriciotorquato3552 I think that Mana Core (if it has a sentience as Jaania said in the quest) will ''accept'' Akanthus so he will no longer be immune to attacks and magic.
We are slowly getting closer to the end, which excites me. However, Akanthus was not sent to void, we saw his face and this epic fight with Jaania. I have this stupid theory, it probably won't happen, but maybe when the last quest is released they will add the fleshweaver as the ultimate weapon against Jannia and Akanthus, but that's my stupid theory of course
It's a little disappointing for me that Akanthus is just some random guy. I tought he was going to turn out someone from our past. Also I'm also disappointed that I can't f*cking beat Jaania even on adventure mod :D
Well... We finally see Akanthus face... And I'm kind of disappointed. But he has that megerstim hair so idk. Jaania... Why does her merging with the dark soulally feel so much like The Tomix saga ending? Amadeus...seppy knows what is going on and even if he doesn't believe in much of the same things as jaania or the pc he has lynn for a daughter and he won't let anything come of the fissure.
She's about to go Full Synchro... But if I recall, full synchronization between weaver and soulally can actually prove disastrous. Especially if it's forced. Jaania doesn't have the same level of weaver talent that we or Tomix had. She might get her soul torn apart
We actually saw Akanthus' face a long time ago in that one quest from the Thorns saga (google "Dragonfable Sobieslav") but didn't know it was him, even though some players theorised it.
i just finished the Convergence part 1 is the book #3 over? Is there any upcoming quests? What about those in travel map in book 3 which are inaccessible? Do you have any idea to unlock it?
