I have nightmares when I think about that ascending/descending run, even though it's a simple scale pattern...but I never got around to actually practice it until recently

You may be right, but I'm lazy and let's say that: "I grew out of recording Dragonforce covers". I might record another one in the future, but that would be just for fun since nobody cares about this kind of videos anymore.
@@SnowfallCR Nope, just a bit of overdrive before the amp to get more punch out of the amp sim and some eq on the output signal, that's all. You can get some decent tones if you find a good impulse response to couple with the amp.
Are my eyes deceiving me or is this being done on a 6 string? Any advice would be helpful as I'm looking to buy a guitar specifically to learn Dragonforce (lol) and as a Lefty I am very limited with choice
