Great to see you got your voice back! 😁 I love this ship, but being so close to the ground, means landing it on some planet surfaces will be very tricky.

My daily driver is a 400i with a Mercury if I need space for more crew, so, as cool as the Corsair is, it's not something I need in my fleet. That said, my son and the friend we play with the most both upgraded their big daily drivers to Corsairs and we've really been enjoying it. It's a great ship for its size. Perfect for crews of 1-4 players.
It is an awesome ship. I really liked using it in the free flight, unfortunately the $250 US converts to $375 Australian. Way out of my price range. But I live in eternal hope of winning the Lotto.
Yep. Defiantly a CCU chain ship for many. I bought the upgraded my Cutlass to a Vulture on war bond and Vulture to the Corsair. Best not let my wife know. :) Been a blast during the Xeno Threat event (when the servers are working).
i upgraded my cutty black to the corsair and love it. one negative for me is it sits too low. they need to make some of the hangars taller. thanks for the review and yup, bobblehead is on the dash.
I feel like switching from gimballed to fixed weapons is a mistake with this ship, considering the size and maneuverability. It's going to be extremely hard to land those shots against fighters and even mid-sized ships like the Cutlass using fixed weapons. The quoted DPS of 4567 only exists in a vacuum, assuming all shots are landing on target. Even fighting against AI, actual DPS is going to be much lower than gimballed turrets in a real combat situation.
Against small and medium targets it is difficult to accommodate the damage. however, this works very effectively against larger targets from a valkyrie, conny and co. 👍💡
I was really excited for this ship but honestly I don't love it. The thing moves like a bus and I prefer ships that get me where I need to go within the year xD
