Kendrick isn’t perfect but that doesn’t mean what he’s rapping about isn’t true. Drake dated Hailey Bieber when she was freshly legal, she then came out and said in an interview she’d known him for YEARS going back to when she was 14!! Him texting Millie at 14, Billie at 16/17 & even going on a date with Bella Harris ON her 18th birthday!! Drake is a creep and it’s about time he gets canceled along with his mediocre music.
He was also caught on video groping and kissing an underage girl on stage, and afterwards saying "I don't wanna go to jail but, I like the way your breasts feel against me." It's on RU-vid for anyone to see. He's more than just a creep.
The Millie Bobby Brown stuff is what made Drake a creep to me... but the conspiracies I've heard about Drake's involvement with XXX tentation's death brought opinions to a whole different level.
@sportluver98 HE had X killed because X challenged drake. Drake takes insult and had him popped. The end. On another note, He also put 100k on Pusha T during their feud. He's a snake.
Yeah. Fuck Drake. X was shot in his chest then Drake referenced being shot in the chest in a snarky way in one of his songs, I forgot what it was called. To "diss" a dead man who can't even defend himself because he's fucking dead is beyond me. Fuck Drake and LLJ.
Just kicking knowledge for the people who are completely tuned out but curious: Kendrick and Drake have been beefing since 2013. Kendrick sees Drake as an inauthentic culture vulture who dilutes the craft of Hip-Hop, and Drake has been sneak dissing Kendrick for years. I’m assuming Kendrick started putting this whole thing into motion after Drake and J Cole made First Person Shooter, which Kendrick was asked to be on, and Kendrick responded with Like That. In the Meet The Graham’s diss, Kendrick mentions that Drake has weird f*tishes, that there is a s*x trafficking operation happening in his circle, and hints that The Embassy (Drake’s mansion) is getting raided. And yes, that’s Drake’s house on the cover of Not Like Us with SO pins. Kendrick then doubled down the next day with a club record, very blatantly calling Drake and his circle ped0s. Drake basically threw in the white flag last night with The Heart Part 6. It was basically a public relations diss track where he completely went on the defense saying that he can’t be a diddler because he’s rich and famous and would’ve been caught by now (like what?!!?! 😂) My hypothesis is that Drake is part of a larger issue that Kendrick is trying to expose, and with Kendrick possibly dropping an album this month or next month, I think he’s there’s going to be a lot more about what’s been happening behind the scenes in the industry. It was just easy to use Drake to kick this off because he already hates him and Drake is very sus. What do y’all think? 🤔
This was a great read and very comprehensive, especially considering the length (you kept it short and concise). A lot of food for thought here, but I wonder about certain lines from kdots 6:16 where he alluded to there being people in Drake’s camp who want to see him fall, and I wonder if people are already talking and telling not so nice stories about what they witnessed while in the company of Drake. All I know is this year has been one heck of a roller coaster ride.
'Nothing's going to happen to Drake. These things were revealed a long time ago and people chose to ignore them. Don't forget that people knew the things Russel Simmons, R-Kelly, and P-Diddy got up to for decades and no one cared. They just looked passed it. People will be over this next week.
Nothing might happen to him, but we all know who is the better rapper and, frankly, the better man. Also, I hope this makes a difference in Drake's life. Maybe he will actually spend less time with teen girls and more time with his kids.
99% of the time i agree with a comment like this but this time i think he screwed someone big over (financially probably) and the industry has orchestrated his downfall in the same way they did to p diddy. just a gut feeling, we’ll see how my comment ages in a couple years
Drake is setting himself up for failure by responding at this point. He has nothing left to say and his last attempt at addressing Kendrick was horrible. It was basically "Kendrick shut up you're lying" and lyrics that didn't make logical sense.
Drake has a history of being "friends" with at least 3 14yo girls, and a couple 16yo girls while he's in his late 20s. And he likes to watch Highschool girls basketball/interact with the players in social media.. A grown man texting a 14yo "I miss you" is creepy enough, I wouldn't be surprised if more comes out
Damn, Katt Williams lit a fuse on exposing the entertainment industry in 2024 and the year's not even over yet. Nickelodeon got exposed, Diddy and the celebrities who went to his parties got exposed or about to somehow be exposed, and now Drake and Kendrick are beefing to where at this point it's getting scary. Meet the Grahams was the part that makes me think this beef has took a dark turn. I'm glad J Cole was more mature to stay out of it
I wonder if the recent shake up with Diddy is what is bringing this all to the surface. Cause if someone like Diddy can get caught, then Drake definitely won't escape.
Leave it to a fucking stand-up comedian, and _Katt Williams_ specifically, to play prophet. How many people even remembered who he was when he spoke up?
There's a video of him on stage at approx 23 touching on and kissing a 17 year old fan. He was touching on her then found out her age then doubled down and proceeded to keep touching her and kiss her on the mouth. This video resurfaces every so often and yet still there are some people continuing to ask for proof of him being weird with minors. This is long before the MBB stuff and other weird shit hes been connected to but people still choose to turn a blind eye make excuses and defend him. The fact that to this day there are still people defending people like diddy, M. Jackson, r.kelly, koonye, etc leaves me with little hope that this will amount to anything substantial. I just hope there wont be too large a pile of victims to him and those around him going forward o.O
He probably thinks that because he's from Canada, it's okay because 16 is the age of consent where he's from (unless there was a recent change in the law; I'm American and 18 is the age of consent in my state anyway). He doesn't realize (or refuses to realize) that the law is different in other countries, and even in places where 16 is the age of consent, it's not seen as okay, not only because of the age gap, but because of the power dynamic (he's a celebrity, she was just a fan). I'm sure even some Canadians thought that what he did wasn't okay.
@@galeforce3192does Canada have any form of the Romeo and Juliet law? Because in a lot of states where are of consent is below 18, there's the stipulation that the other person can only be a certain amount of months older.
M. Jackson? You mean Michael Jackson? Didn't all his victims come forward that there parents forced them to say he's a pedo after he died? I was told that.
@@galeforce3192 ok, 16 is the age of consent here in switzerland, too, but that doesn't mean we don't judge older guys going for 16 year olds. something not being criminal isn't the same asit beimg moral
Someone mentioned that with all the information about Diddy being brought up that that's why Kendrick is bringing it up. People think he Kendrick might have known about these things for awhile but was afraid no one would take him seriously about drake
You're on point when you say this is absolutely cut throat. These two want to destroy each other. And it was weird and creepy when bbl drizzy (Drake) was talking to MBC and Billy Eilish also. And I remember the very uncomfortable and creepy tweet from Drake, as well, when Billy E was about to turn 18. He said something like "bout time" or something to that effect..so, Kendrick Lamar has a point..
I thought he confused Osment with Olstein too but I think that may have been intentional, if he considers the latter a charlatan. IF that’s what was intended. Just my hope.
I keep up with it but I’m still like snoop. Cole was right to back out because he knew Kendrick wasn’t going to play nice. He’s tired. The culture is tired is what Kendrick is saying. Kendrick stayed in his lane until first person shooter came back to my knowledge but I also feel this might be a pr thing that gotten out of hand
Millie Bobbie Brown always looked like a adolescent Sigourney Weaver. Drake been strange since 2009-2010 with him obsessing over a 17 year old fans breasticles.
Rap drama is always entertaining, one of my favorite sagas was when everybody was clowning on Smokepurp because his shows audiences were the sizes of high school chemistry classes. There is also the one where 21 Savage tries to cheat Adin Ross out of money while gambling on livestream.
i hate to be so parasocial lol, but i just imagine kendrick and his fiancé , cackling along with the manager when they did the whole instagram following/unfollowing thing 😭 it seemed like such a troll towards drake & is them tryna promote the song with subtle drama.
Kendrick Lamar is a genius and a flawed saint. Zero receipts so far on the DV accusation. Like not a single person anonymously corroborating on Reddit or anything. Drake however…as of now, the daughter has been confirmed, another son has been confirmed, there are a terrifying amount of receipts on him hanging out with girls as young as 13 in one on one situations, and he has at least two certified sex offenders in his inner circle as well. Kendrick and his crew are decidedly NOT part of the celebrity cabal and I suspect that as soon as all these rocks got turned over and Drakes rumored activities became facts, Kendrick attacked. Drake was an absolute fool to keep goading him into making his insinuations completely clear. I don’t know how it will end but it absolutely needed to begin. Kendrick Lamar was the perfect messenger here, he exposed an operation not just Drake and he’s the opposite of a “clout chaser” a very reliable narrator and Pulitzer prize winner. People are kind of gonna have to look into this now.
This is pass the point of no return... Back in the day this level of disrespect escalated to gun violence. This is pac and biggie level. You can't take these things back or come back from these.😮
When worlds collide, huge fan of yours in general, but love the coverage on this!! I am a big hip hop fan and it’s very interesting and additionally scary(?) to hear all these accusations.
I'm so glad you made this video. I've been wondering what this whole beef was about. I've heard the songs and read the lyrics, but I still couldn't understand anything. Since I don't follow hip-hop culture and English is not my first language, I can´t understand rap or hip-hop songs by ear. But now, thanks to your video, I'm starting to understand what the songs are about.
This feud is so much more than just drama. Discords I'm in as well as my twitter timeline have been pr much nothing but this. Haven't seen actual hate fueled beef since Biggie vs Tupac. This is faaaaar from over and it's about to get MESSY (more than it is).
Just saying, so far Kendrick has apparently NOT been striking people reacting to his music if it helps for covering any of this diss related stuff in future
I read a comment saying he lifted off the copyright so people can react to the song and it gets around fast/promotion. Also to show that he had full control to his music (which is like a big f*** you to drake)
You gotta start telling us where you get your tops/corsets! You've been looking absolutely stunning in these past few months: please tell us your secrets.
I don't care about this, but i've never liked Drake and ever since the Milly Bobby Brown...situation, I've actively avoided all information regarding him. Successfully so far, I might add. Though one can never be assured any peace of mind these days.
hey girl, havent watched u in a while so im here to give my obligatory engagement. thank you for always providing the best commentary content gi, we appreciate it so much
I've been shouting from the rooftops about Drake being a creep for YEARS, since he was caught on video groping a teenager on stage. I don't listen to that kind of music but I'm just glad Kendrick is bringing attention to Drake's behavior, and I honestly hope he goes down for it, he is at minimum a groomer, but likely worse, and he deserves consequences.
At this point if someone is at a high level in the entertainment industry, I automatically assume that they are a deviant, CS predator, or they carry water/cover for someone who is. So far, I haven't been wrong, it just takes time for me to be proven correct.
I never understood where Drake came from and how he got so big so fast. He's always annoyed the heck outta me, and I couldn't figure out why. When the stuff about him and minors came out, it just permanently sealed me ever giving him a chance to prove he's worth listening to. Thanks for explaining that. It makes sense, and perhaps it's intuition that's led me to think & feel how I do about him (without even hearing the diss tracks)
Love that top, jumpsuit, thing you are wearing. It’s hot! And thanks for breaking down the drama. I’m 33 I’ve been totally out the loop because I haven’t really given a shit but since you’re reporting on it I’ll watch.
I know basically nothing about this #old - but always love your takes! Waiting for H3 to go live to listen to them dissect, but they’re late as usual 🥳
ive been subscribed for a long time, but i got out of commentary content for a bit, but i IMMEDIATELY clicked when i saw the kendrick v drake beef, its all over my fyp i know wayyy too much ab it now lmao. especially since im so fucking hyperfixated on kendrick and his music its so bad
This has been going on for over a decade. Just enjoy the content on the surface, because it only gets worse from here. I live in LA, and lived in Compton for a while. We turnt up over this. Drake is lucky nobody tore his head open already tbh.
Thank you for covering this lmao I am not American and barely know who these people are other than Drake brings out mid songs that are overplayed on the radio here every few years. love to be in on a mess
I think it’s gotten to a point where I’m not sure I believe either of these peoples accusations against each other, the first ones I did but it seems like they’re going for the jugular and taking notes from blind items and using them in their songs. That said, I really hope that Kendrick isn’t abusing his wife… that would be devastating on so many levels, he’s been open about his infidelity but not many men are going to be open about being abusers.
Love your videos but you left out a very important key part that started it. It was the song first person shooter by j-jole and drake that started everything. in the song like that Kendrick even says the song title and talks shit about it. J cole came out with a diss first then apologized 2 days later.
I dont listen to either creator (obvs the main stream stuff in like 2014-2018 but not seeking it out) but kendrick is eating drake up and spitting him back out everytime he opens his mouth 😂
