She's so into talking and hearing her own voice that she literally leans ahead with her arms behind her back to be sure she can talk over anyone. I was glad the case ended just not to hear her voice anymore. Also glad she lost.
You think? The man told her he needed a sitter and a place to live just 3 days after meeting her. She was taking care of his children, letting him live for free and giving this freeloading working man money.. something is definitely off with her.

Love how the defendant put Mathis on blast by saying are you going to continue to let her interrupt me or what! Mathis had to respond because this defendant checked him. He allowed it to go on for so long then hits her with a contempt dismissal. It's his own fault.
He purposefully lets some plaintiffs go too far. When a case is brought, SOME individuals believe themselves ‘invincible’ & some are just overconfident because small claims courts favor plaintiffs. Sometimes people have sought legal counseling before filing claims & get to “tell their side” somewhat convincingly, or to their own satisfaction anyway. The judges & attorneys who don’t exert “classroom” decorum typically have a more intuitive approach to claims they’ve read, & to the parties’ motives. In other instances, they’ve reviewed prior adverse facts which don’t “smell right,” as in this plaintiff’s calls to child protection while bearing a personal grudge. When people contact law enforcement yet refuse to follow-up, lose interest, or give dodgy details & accounts to different people, it indicates manipulation. It also gives courts observable grounds for citing perjury, contempt, or for issuing summary dismissals.
I’m glad she lost. She is spiteful. She didn’t care about the child until they broke up. She only told the doctor because she was bitter. Fearful of him but look how she talking ish about dad and him and interrupting almost every time he spoke. She wasn’t scared of him.

She had won for her money,but wouldn't shut up..he had used her and the dad just thinking its funny at his big age..I believe she did call cps to them and no doctor would have cared to ask why they broke up.. some of the calls are monitored and recorded. Who risking their job..on to the next victim he goes lol
That lady had been leaning into that mic talking out of turn the whole case. Judge didn't like her calling cps after they broke up. Sounds like something needs to be addressed tho about the pampers.. If that child is still wearing them at 5 he needs to see what's going on.
I'm more concerned about the 5 year old still in pampers and formula. It seems like she should have been potty training the baby since she was babysitting. Apparently he neglected to do so. 🤔
