Price only missed two, one at the bull (which is never easy), and one at D10, which is a double he likes but it was for a 140 slcheckout so the pressure was super high. Bunting should have won it before sudden death, but saying price missed "loads of easy match darts" is very misleading.
Don't underestimate Bunting. He is a former world champ. Though in BDO, that says something about him. He had a dry spell for a long time now, but even one victorious game can lead to more things easily. He knows He can win matches now. Completely different story mentally
Great match, however, bad for the tournament. Bunting will surely drop out in the next round whereas Price probably could've gone all the way to the final. Bunting was just the luckier man that night.
So glad Bunting won. If Gerwen Price just played like everyone else I wouldn’t have a problem with him. The bloke has loads of talent, why scream on like a fucking lunatic when you hit a good score?
