for tarot card of death, a cool effect i think could be "for the rest of the game, draw a fatigue card at the start of your turn"

Golfwang says “…if IT is the last card in hand.” It’s talking about the next finale card you play, not itself.

Ahhh I see, misread that. Still think it is a bit awkward and specific of an effect. But that makes a lot more sense

Very convincing ratings this time around. When you got to Demonic Charge I was thinking that'd be a 5/5 in both fields, but you brought up the fact that Demon Hunter isn't known for their single target removal which was definitely a convincing reason to dock a point from the design!

Almost gave it 5/5, but then realized that yah DH doesn’t get single target removal. So while I think it’s totally fine especially with how the card works, it still is unprecedented in the class

@@bionicdoorshouldn't you also remove a star from dastardly doctor then? It has an on play effect which is not normal for magnetic cards.

@JPKX10 that is true, though I also think Miniaturize could work on a magnetic and still make sense. Just didn’t think of that during the review

17:00 Mozart is extremely famous for composing The Requiem (a composition made for a mass for the deceased, ie a “finale”), which was unfinished due to him tragically and ironically passing away before he could finish it. They repetitive themes of “finale” in the effect (no more cards, no more deck; this is your final card) are in reference to this aspect of his life

I think that the wording on the Finale legendarie it's bad and that the creator ment that "if" the next finale card you play after the legendarie its also the last card of everything (hand and deck empty) then cuádruple Still... It would need to be a 10mana finale and that doesn't even makes sense xd

13:51 I think battlecry happens first… so a 2/5 attacks a random enemy, if it survives, it’s a 5/? That can attack because of rush. (Until end of turn, where it becomes a 2/?)

For the tarot cards, maybe making them stack up and delay could be better, that allows for a bit more play around, but keeps a bit of variance with the card. "After you have revealed 3 tarot cards, activate there effects and destroy the rest" or something like that (would also remove the destroy hero one).

Finale legendary looks like it's supposed to combo with some sort of finale card generation from the board. Deathrattle, titan ability, etc. Still wierd and designed for too specific scenario.

something like the tarot card of death I think could work if it said “this is always the last card in your deck” so you have to win before running out of cards

@@jakewaitart9507It's not gonna happen very often that you get to fatigue imo, but I like this idea. I think it would be cool if it was guaranteed top 6th (or deeper into the deck idk) card of your deck

Golfwang gives me "I guess you guys aren't ready for that, yet. But your kids are gonna love it." vibes. I dont think it works with any other card in the game yet, especially the deck empty finale, but if there is ever something like a location with finale on use, or a finale card generating/finale triggering deathrattle, delayed card generation yada yada, then it would be really awesome. Definitely an "idea guy" card design

Demonic Charge should probably also give +1 attack to your hero. Its essentially just a different version of Savagery, which is way too weak, even if DH could probably use it better than Druid.

I have a different impression for renathal : It’s basically renathal. And if both plays the card, there’s a symmetical effect. I can’t really see that as a downside, as both players have the same effect
