Greetings! Grab your favourite things to create with, and perhaps a cuppa too, and let's get some sketching in together :D It's another draw with me day!
Today I'm working in a toned sketchbook, and one that I dip in and out of. Spiral bound sketchbooks to me are more like pads of loose leaf paper, and I generally have a different sketching mentality when using them. For one, I am happy working on one side of the paper and not caring about any bleed-through as a result. I do use markers in my stitch bound sketchbooks too though! I just have different uses for the other side of the page. I'll be chatting about my current creative thought process, and how I plan my art time for both creativity/my interests and studying/skill-building. Balancing my time and energy to prioritise both creative ideas and studying has helped me prevent art block and art burnout.
