I love ❤️ a lot of Kirby characters and at 50+ years of reading comics Ben Grimm definitely is my favorite! The evolution of the character’s design over 102 monthly comics + several annuals to this day absolutely is amazing and mind boggling! Orange rocks,huge hands and feet ,blue trunks! And this is one example of the King’s genius amongst the thousands of characters he has created! How many pencils ✏️ did Jack use in his career?❤ WOW! Kudos to Bill Reinhold who I first came across on the Badger👍👍❤️! Also to Linda Lessman who remember as a colorist at Marvel! 1972 /73 was the year when colorists FINALLY started getting credit! 👍⚡️😎

very cool! how long did the under sketch take? you said he's not very complex. i wonder what super heroes are most difficult, maybe girls? i was just reading ffs from kirby to romita and wonder if a romita sue and Crystal (prettier) would fit well in an otherwise Kirby FF
