I think your hair is PERFECT!! I have 11 dreads. I've put partial dreads in a few of my friends hair. Later I've did their whole head... they brushed them out... they were so happy with partials... not so much with a whole head...

would you recommend bleaching your hair before getting dreads then retouch it up or bleach it after you get dreads. i want to get dreads and i want the bleached!
oh yes definitely get the hair blonde before dreading, and touch up as it grows out, as bleaching the dreads after they are made can be so damaging and cause alot of breakage that you wont see untill you decide to take the dreads out.. hope this helps. xo

Just did 15 over the past few days. My hair is currently naturally reaching my butt. I'm worried my dreads will shrink and be shorter than my top half.. am I going to have to get extentions eventually? Or just cut the top half of my hair? Lol
You hair is so long! You shouldn’t have too much shrinkage. My hair was passed my shoulder and found they shrunk about 2 inches until they matured. but it also depends on how tightly the dreads are made. Xo
