Anyone can say anything but Mike does an incredible work on drums. He nails it and not without soul. Groove and soul is a different thing. If you speak nicely it can be not groovy but nice anyway. I mean DT music is not a funky groovy one. It has different taste and dimensions.
@@shannonargentina I love Mangini, and was not knocking on him at all. The way he kept composure, or the whole group I should say and he switched back on page with them was good!
dream theater fans starter pack: trying to find the minor mistake in each live song and make a big storm about it bc they don’t understand yet that people age.
@@Alfred_-vp9ys indeed! but bro, that band is so great bc they are always moving forward regardless and giving us new álbuns every 2-3 years since the first one. and people can just cry bc it’s for free.
@@dollglass this so true. James is one of my all time favorites and I will always prefer the original one like him or Paul Stanley because their voices are aging after decades of hard work on the road and in studios. I don't give a shit, if James is not able to hit the highest notes anymore, he still gives me chills whenever he opens his mouth for Dream Theater.
Getting tired of every prog rock band now doing double kicks on the bass drum throughout the whole song. Washing out all the other instruments. Sorry. I know this is probably an unpopular view.
Agreed. Seems like the new generation of fans love them, but many of us who grew up with Images and Words couldn’t care less about the new stuff. Boring as hell.
looool bro the band is the same u are just getting old and stucked to the famous “everything was better before”. anyways u don’t have to listen to them.
