They need lessons in how to commentate, preferably from James Hardigan and Joe Staples. Stapes sometimes gets salt for his corny one liners but they make a good double act and NEVER stamp all over the table talk.

bulls make money, bears make money and pigs get slaughtered....the $700 river bet is solid. I have seen hundreds of spots where the same person would call the 700 but not their stack of 1100....taking your opponent to value town is an art.
@williamr4053

TBH I found the Stones commentators to have an average at best fundamental understanding of the game. If they think a river bet is better with the AK fine, but to say you should bet because you block key value holdings for your opponent is illogical. So you block a shit ton of their hands that can call a river bet so that’s why we should bet?? 😂. According to their own logic if the villain can’t have many aces that can call then the prudent play would be to let your opponent potentially barrel off right?
@hattershouse710
@hattershouse710 6 лет назад
Exactly lol. They pretty much "over analyzed" the hand and didn't realize their own logic was backwards. That was a good spot to let him bluff because he's not calling any bet.

Also are they going to really call with AK for a chop cuz if they have Ak and there is 2 aces on the board then there aren’t many combos of AK left and there are so many lore combos of AQ and even A7 suites that u could have been getting tricky with.

really great job of breaking down the hands, even in the face of commentary that is contrary to what and how you felt while playing. this, is why decisions made on the table matter more than decisions made lightly in a booth while watching people you don't know play.

I’m just getting to Brads now sorry brad but I watch yours and Jeff’s already as well. For some reason I’m not getting any Notifications. Also Brad I think your thought process on all the hands were spot on from what I watched and remember Johnnie saying about that guy Steve as well. That fat ass jerkoff in the booth seem to have an issue with both h Ana Jeff for some reason. Jeff is a tournament player and didn’t want to lose his shorts vs all u good cash game grinders and they trashed him for buying in lite and they trashed u for having great reads. Yet they are sitting watching and not playing.

9:00 the AK vs QQ, I reckon you could've gotten more value off David had you bet both the flop and turn. David or most players for that matter would call 1/2 streets depending on the bet sizes, hoping to catch their set. Or in this case, considering you obviously didn't know he had QQs until after, the diamond flush draw would've also paid you off.
