The one who asks about the child in China apparently wanted to hear about how we explain that a Consciousness of which it is said to be Beauty, Love, Peace, Happiness, unlimited, ect allows or makes possible an evil as it happened to the child, About this nothing was heard from the 3 members of the panel. It would have been interesting to hear their opinions.
There is Mystery...our mind wants concrete answers, yet the more concrete we seek, the more we cement ourselves. Nonduality IS and duality is...nonduality is nothing separate from anything. Suffering comes in many different ways, different levels. There are so many vast ideas of a separate individual self that is here to serve self. To come to the end of self brings the absolute humility, and then everywhere looked upon is the Unseparated One, and then everywhere is sacred and there is a profound view of sacred holding, sacred awareness. And when there is no answer, no revelation, humility and vulnerability can birth True Love and True Wisdom.
I think it is out of love for the allowance of all possibilities in this reality. Anything that is possible of happening will happen and it is pure love to allow that. In awareness there is no good/evil just awareness. The conditions needed to bring rain can also cause a hurricane/tornado.
I heard all three answered it by saying that such events happen if the apparently separate self forgets its true nature, which couldn’t be elaborated further within that setting.
They could not answer the child question because it was a hypothetical and based from an imaginary now. Kindness is the best we can offer, and that does not guarantee peace of mind for the child. The problem in this interview some of the panelists think of themselves as wisdom healers, love, compassion even kindness only helps if the one offered accepts the offering. The individuals by and large especially Jeff Foster would be best to remain silent in a don’t know position. Sadly he squirmed around in his seat looking for wisdom to impart and it just didn’t materialise.
Awakeness, dropped into the human heart responds from an intimacy that is felt as raw vulnerable tender love for the suffering arising. In this case a suffering child. To dismiss the hearts open responding is an awakening experience co- opted by the mind. Its a, half-baked cul-de-sac
All space, no heart. Old sutra... "To encounter the Absolute (as Ultimate Reality) is not yet enlightenment" The human heart response opens and changes. "Ever Complete, Ever becoming"
There is no controller, it is as it is. This 'happened' only to a temporary character in a finite film (so nothing 'really' happened) and was witnessed by awareness which has no power to intervene, that isn't what it does. This talk of awakening is pointless, can a temporary character in a dream become aware it isn't real.
