I just received Gabor’s Perfection. I thought I chose a rooted blonde, but it’s not. Rather than send it back, I’ll spray rooting myself. Do you have any videos on applying rooting?

Yes, I do. I just want to caution that root sprays can permanently stain fibers, can turn them gray or green, and can be difficult to wash out. They also make the fibers feel sticky/grimy. If it were me, I would return the wig you received and order one with rooting. If that's not possible, I would try a temporary root powder first. Finally, if you choose to use a root spray, please note that you are using it at your own risk. Did the website have a front and back picture on a mannequin or model showing you the color / what you were purchasing? It’s a crazy wig racket

Why don’t the Retailers put the wigs they sent you on a model or mannequin head AND TAKE A PICTURE OF IT. So we can see pics of each color they sale on their website. Not just a few. Or at least when you ask for a picture of a color they are selling not on website and they say, “You have to go on line and find a review to see most products we have sale” What? Then I say , “I’m very busy can you put a link to the picture or video of the products I need to see before purchasing?” they weirdly say, “No, we don’t have pictures of all the colors we sell.” Wait. What? Even people on Ebay, Amazon, whomever have picture of products they are selling. Amazon doesn’t say, “We only have a picture of the white shirt. The florals and blue and green and pink, etc. you need to go randomly find and watch lengthy videos to find out if the blue shirt is baby blue or royal blue or green/blue, etc 😂 It’s bizarre.

Hi Michele! I'm sorry to hear that you have been frustrated by this. Perhaps I can shed some light on the situation for you. Wigs that are ordered from most online shops are shipped directly from the manufacturer to the buyer. This is called "drop-shipping." Almost every online wig retailer does this, unless they keep stock in a warehouse. Most of the wigs I'm reviewing now were never sent to Shirley's Wig Shoppe. The photos you do see on the websites are often stock photos that were provided by the manufacturer. Hope this helps!💖
