#mobilehomerepair #singlewidemobilehome This is a preview of a singlewide trailer we installed a new roof over. I have a series of 3 days start to finish on this mobile home leak repair. I hope you will watch them all below
We are installing 1x4 strapping so we can install the OSB sheeting.
We then install OSB Sheeting to the Lattice we installed on the Mobile Home Roof.
When we installed the OSB sheeting we Gave it a 6 inch over hang so as to be able to add a over hang.
We then added a 2x4 sub facial using screws.

Since this is the recap video I want to chime in again and let you all know this is my place. Drew and Paul did an outstanding job! I know I will not have to worry about leaks. This is my forever home and I am certain the roof will last longer than I do! You cannot go wrong with Drew and his team!

Thank you, Andrew. I’m glad I have been able to help. I also have a Clayton home. It’s a Doublewide. It’s actually came from Clayton but it’s a Norris. I’ve been living in it for 28 years. I have added onto it. It is a beautiful home. I did have to replace the underbelly as my videos showed.

I have a home similar to this one. I am about to repaint it. it has aluminum siding. I am wanting to add battens to the siding so it look like board and batten. Do you have an suggestions of how to affix the battens to the siding? Thank you for all you do and teaching us we can have beautiful homes too.

I have a 1998 Fleetwood with a metal roof. Roof rafters are 3ft centers. Gonna seal it. Leary of walking on metal roof. What material, if any, is under the metal roofing and particularly between the roof rafters. Don’t want to fall through. Thanx

I don’t know how it could be 3 foot on center. I’ve never heard of that before but it could be. I guess I do have a video out there. Look it up. It’s called emergency mobile home leak repair. We use Hydro Stop if you watch that video it will explain how to fix the seams if you having problems with them, and there is nothing under the metal you put your foot through the metal. It goes to the ceiling.
