Me too. Notice in the highlights how Holmgren's guy was afraid to leave him and help out - whether Holmgren was on the opposite low block or out at the 3 point line. He's very important for spacing because he essentially makes sure that Timme doesn't get second team by a second big.

Chet went crazy last game, so Beard coached his players to try to defend Drew one on one. You try to double team Drew Timme and his teammates are expertly coached on how to cut and he usually drops a dime. It's a hard puzzle to solve. Gonzaga did not get past 3rd gear in this game. They were toying with their prey.

@@chemuller2522Richard Fox was the Gonzaga player my dad would always call "The Accountant" for how he looked. Later, Kelly Olynyk was a first team All-American and Academic All-American while majoring in accounting. I've never heard anyone say he looks like an accountant.

Timme wasn’t the problem that game. Our guards couldn’t handle the perimeter pressure that game and Timme only got 7 shots.

With that being said, people persecuted Timme when he had that bad game against Baylor but Baylor literally had the most dominant defense college basketball had seen in a while.
