ARE YOU KIDDING??? IT'S SO FREAKING UNREAL!! THE LIVE FOR SPEED DRIFT KING. Really, not only for the game, just the video itself deserves a 20 over 10. Excelent job. REGARDS
great video, first i've actually watched it (saw it in the video list for a while). Awesome job lining up the Real Drift Bible with your video. Even the correction/save of the dynamic Lift-off drift was awesome...Good job!!
Thanks a lot boss, I was just a bit confused because the xrt didnt sound like the one in the video (i bought s2 last night) and i just realised that the audio is from the original drift bible, i'd love to have that blow off valve in LFS hehe. Many thanks!
only some tips some of this techniques are from rallying and renamed the faint is an scandinavian flick and powerover its a powerslide in rallying very usefull on loose surfaces
Hey im new to PC racing sim LFS is very intresting although its not eye blowing its very neat in the way they have there physics is really close to GT5 if not the same but i was wondering are thease cars mods? so i can use them in the demo?
IT IS AWESOME! I really understand how hard it is to drift well in LFS...while watch your video, i think you're great! Getta admire you! Keep fighting! XD
Well the car is the XRT(XR GT Turbo) And you need to buy atleast S1 license to get the XRT, for the view changing is easy when your in the custom view select options - view then modify it.
nice with.. but seriously, is that car sound from lfs or have u edited it very well? If its LFS sounds, i MUST have it :) where to find it? awsome vid anyhow! cheers!
hey man....awesome video....how do you get those views in LFS? Also, did you customize the interior or something? How do you customize. Yes, alot of questions, but great video.....See you on LFS! :)
Whaha im a dynamic drifter, is that really the hardest form? Just pull up on gas all way down and brake if you want to keep drifting for longer instance? I thought i was a bit of a noob.. :D
what about the dirt drop drift: Dropping the rear tyres off the track into the dirt to maintain the drift and carry speed into the next turn. Jump Drift: The jump drift is a technique used in drift races - bouncing the inside wheel over the kerbing to shift the weight over to the opposite side, inducing oversteer. very important to :]
@jvgoderstad thanks alot :) I just wanna know how you make the axis of the joystick to be 0 at center and not at 50%? I don't know how to, so I cannot use my joystick as a handbrake :(
like they say in counter strike, get a real gun, here get a real simulator, cuz I mean u actually have the right physics and actually have a clutch...btw what hand brake did you use? it looked like urs is an axis... not a button... so i was wondering...
i thought the jump drift was to steer into those corners so you lift off from them and you literally ended up in the air and sliding to land. ?? what you're talking about is something else lol. the dirt drop is commonly done by cars with lower horse power if they don't have enough power in the middle of a drift
@Syphon787G There are mods for LFS but its recommended you get the full license before you download any car mods. The Demo is very limited in terms of cars and tracks.
Man this car it has 2 car images. all together.. 1st image the whole front look is a Mitsubishi Starion/Conquest 88-89 look and the rear look it has the look of the Mazda RX7 2nd .. pretty crazy look :D
i also have LFS, with a s2 licence, but how u get all the other stuff like the rpm and the speedomter in the driving view, adn what kind of set up u use?
Indeed it is. Few people know how complicated NASCAR truly is, as most just assume it's just slamming your foot on the pedal and turning left (hell, quite a few NASCAR fans think this, unfortunately). Anyone who knows enough about racing and the physics of racing knows that its much more than that. They also know that just flooring it and tuning left would reward you with a facefull of concrete wall on 90% of the courses in a typical NASCAR season.
Hey i just got S2 and i have a problem with those S2 cars how do i get the automatic thing of that the speed doesnt go over 80 KMH and it shows as an green light between the gauges.
this game is so awesome!.. i played it with keyboard first, and i loved it! so much fun, and then my mom gave me G27 wheel, that made the game EVEN more fun, and easier to drift, :p
I can tell you one thing, in north america, its a bit hard to find mountain passes except if you live in Gunma Japan, there you can dig a thousand of them in google earth
Mate, buy this game. It's a somewhat hidden gem of racing sims. If you're interested in accurate physics and less concerned about immense graphics then this is the game for u. Ultra addictive, because it's just so hard. But u feel like what u learn could be applied to a real car. Certainly my karting times have plummeted.
i got a new technique(i think so) before entering a corner i use the clutch to pump up revs then release it to create wheelspin which i use to make the drift... now, what is that technique called ????
@arcix12 .... look theirs two types of learning... one they spoon feed you and the other is where you adapt the idea... in this case the only way is to adapt that idea... therefore is still learning.... learning is a practice on improving a skill... so all in all it is learning.... doing it by your self means your adapting it and *learning* it.... i'm just happy your a true drifter :) it can't hurt to compliment others you know....
