I was a few minutes behind "live", but I enjoyed the content. I just learned about the dry-ice removal method of factory sound deadening recently. Watching those shock towers come together was a fun, they are a thing of beauty.
Thank you Tony! Yeah, the dry ice (and Iso Prop. Alcohol) are a low-labor way to remove that stuff for sure. The shock towers came out great. The rear of this car is much more concealed where the subframe work is needed, and will be more challenging... Glad you saw this already! -Joey
Thanks to everyone who was here for the live premiere! Thank you for the discussion Dan, Launch Pad Engineering, and Danny (for your interaction and your part purchasing to help fund the build)! -Joe
I can see the turbo flare knock-offs in your cart from here lol. I wonder if steel fenders like from a vw rabbit / dodge omni would clear these. Makes for a nice finished look
I'm restoring a 1973 2002tii and it has Ireland engineering stage two suspension Hey question, if I put sound deadening under the roof is there any chance of it coming off because of all the heat from the sun? Oh 2002 stands for 2002 places you'll find rust 😅
@RogueFabrication I need to call the sound deading manufacturer to double check as it would be a pain in the a** if it came off Also installing on a hot day should help it stick hopefully
