Camber will not effect how fast your steering returns, but caster can. And with the right set up the wheel will turn itself once you enter the turn. You will still have to guide it but the wheel becomes very light and easy to flick. You can't drift just letting go of the wheel, but as he said the wheel almost turns itself once the rear tires start sliding.

He has a nice amout of caster so the car has a lot of self steer, im assuming he is using some kind of nuckle mod

It has a few bolt ons. I'd say no more than around 300hp.

I drift my kadett with no power sterring. Just needs small front tires and a light car and its very nice
