All is well! Thank you. I took a very long break to spend more time with my family. I’m actually finishing up a video that should be up in the next week and have a couple more in the works. Hopefully be back to regular uploads this month!

You should still be able to build up a weld on the bolt.

put copper pipe in hole so weld dont f up the alum build it up weld on a good thick washer an the nut to washer I have 90ish % rate of removal

The “yellow stuff” pads are EE. I also have “blue stuff” pads but I’m not sure the DOT code on them. I can look it up and get back to you.

Looks like the blue stuff is FF

If I remember correctly the first letter is the cold braking coefficient and the second is the hot braking coefficient. FF pads have a higher braking coefficient than an EE pad. If you use the EE pads for the hand brake and you find it difficult to lock up the brakes then try the FF pads. My personal favorite is an FG pad. It gives the opposite effect of brake fade. As you roll up to a stop sign, without changing foot pressure on the brake, you can feel it grabbing harder. If I remember correctly the HH pads are for racing application. I haven't tested it but I'd be willing to bet that EE pads last quite a bit longer than the GG or FF pads. On my Nissan Rogues the EE pads work fine as that car already has touchy brakes. Older Chevy vans trucks and blazers definitely benefit from FG or GG pads. Also anything with oversized tires.
