Thanks for the video. This would be a good use for a cheap grinder picked up on a car boot sale that is lying around not getting used.

Is it steel or Al frame ? it is a great foot print and angle grinder attachments are so good . I agree it could easily take an motor and or modify it by welding a bracket to frame which holds the angle grinder at the 3x screw points typically used for the grinder handle

Safety-that knife with paracord dangling near belt ...be very careful mate ..safety first. Nice review . You could upgrade it to take the thicker belt ..longer bearings and roller

he quick question- I am not able to adjust the belt , it keeps sliding despite trying countless times adjusting the knob,. On close look I saw the nut on the first upper aluminium bearing is bent . Is it supposed to be bent or its defective ? I cant take out that nut also as it is bent in the middle and not coming out.

Okay it is a good video but that part of sharpening the knife you supposed to use a couple of higher grades so you can get it razor sharp an you can sharpen knife machetes and also axe with it if possible make another video with the proper sending belts that are for sharpening nice also can you make one with a Ryobi angle grinder and also make a long and give more explanation thank you so much for your video

You can sharpen drill bits, Hss lathe tool as well it does just as well on metal with the blue Zirconia belts. Thanks Have a good day.

Can the work surface be adjusted to a perfect 90 degree angle in relation to the sandpaper surface?

there is adjustment in the rest to get the right angle.

I'm interested, I think the idea is very good, excellent review. Maybe a change of the plastic wheel would be better, but it seems to be good. Great vidéo .
