What do you mean? My mom drank a Star Bucks drink like that everyday for years as long as I can remember. In 2020 she made the decision to stop drinking them after her doctor told her to “stop drinking your calories”. She has taken up an exercise routine since quarantine started and is down nearly 50 pounds. She was never overweight by any means but she is very proud of herself for her progress and I’m very happy for her 🧡

@@jorge80370 sodium is also the most readily available electrolyte, it’s in every consumable product. the average American sodium intake (where prime is primarily sold) is 1,100mg higher than the recommended amount. there is no need for further sodium intake for pretty much every person. not to mention, if you think prime is healthy. that’s on you

All the drinks are fine. The taste is everyone’s valid opinion. It all comes down to how much you are drinking. If you are drinking 3-4 primes/Gatorade’s/body armor in a 1 day span. Then you have a problem. Unless you are doing a shit load of cardio. All these drinks are for the most part, bad for you, unless you are active in some way. It’s like smoothies. Not sure why people come here to clown a guy that genuinely cares about health but i mean do what you want just avoid going to the hospital tho cause i dont really enjoy the idea of paying for the treatment of someone that is a victim of his own stupid choices EDIT: why the hell so many people say that stevia is an artificial sweetener like wth its totally natural it comes from a plant.
I always see your videos but I was wondering if Re-Lyte was good for you because people say that it is but just curious if you don’t see this it’s ok but if you do then thank you
in my younger days i’d drink coffee with 10-12 spoons of sugar 🤯 10years later i’m down to just 1 spoonful of sugar and still enjoy it! thanks to my wife ❤️
The main issue with Prime isn't the sweeteners, they are well-researched and are completely fine, but rather that it has no sodium at all. This sucks seeing it is marketed as something to drink when exercising.
If you’re healthy you can drink whatever drink in that section. As long as you don’t drink it to much. In the other had the others that smoke cigars and do cocaine and alcohol will be so offended if they see 1 g of sugar in anything.
He’s trying to spread awareness on how shitty these drinks are for you and you’re insulting him for it? No wonder why nearly 1/3 of Americans are obese
Artificial sweeteners like acesulfame and aspartame are perfectly fine and are a great substitute for normal sugar. Of course, stevia is technically "better" since it's natural but these sweeteners won't do anything bad to you.
@Austin Shoaf How so? I said all sweeteners are a great substitute and merely mentioned stevia because people LOVE the natural alternative. I personally couldn't care less if something had stevia rather than aspartame. I even put "better" between quotes because i dont really believe stevia to be better than the rest, but it will generally end up being far more accepted because of people who fall in the naturalistic fallacy.
