Just wanted to say Thanks Theo for all of the love you throw out there, it does mean a lot to many people. I'm struggling myself with sobriety and about to go to my first meeting as well. I'm a logger working in the mountains just south of Yosemite and I'll listen to you while I'm falling timber, love the honesty brother. Also thanks for introducing me to Bishop Gunn, absolutely incredible, being a musician I wish I could write like that. Thanks again Theo, sending great energy your way!! Gang Gang!!

I hope Theos doing well. I’ve noticed a shift the past few months progressively. I think it’s def burnout. Doing a lot of things and stretching yourself too thin. Even if what your doing is your dream and passion. This goes for all of us. We need time to just unplug and turn off our brains. Enjoy the stillness. Let our brains calm down and that’ll help our bodies calm down too. Burnout is no joke. 🤟🏻
