Driver Chronicles: John Talks Daughters 

John Force and his incredible family are all heart. We at the Auto Club have had the sincere privilege and honor to partner with JFR for 25 years. There are no finer people we know. They are family to us and we love them dearly.

John just made this grown guy tear up.. Amazing guy!! Amazing family!! Amazing story!!

Bless John, this is a true example of what a family man is supposed to be.

The best, simply the best stories in racing. America LOVES JFR! Who else had to catch it up to hold back the tears when John told about Brittany winning the World 2017. All John's girls are awesome,, their DNA and a fantastic group of team members have always made drag racing history. We pray for their continued success and especially their safety. This world cannot afford losing any more of our hero's, in any sport.

God broke the mold when he created John Force. He knew this world could only handle one like him and that's why I love this guy so much. I've been a fan from the beginning John...Love you man ! ! !

Remember running into John at a Restaurant in the late 90’s. He was at a big table all by him self. I went and talked to him. We had things to talk about for about 10 min. Then his family came in, I got up and left them to have much valued family time. The girls were little then, the oldest was maybe twelve........ they grow up fast!!!!! Great video John...... BTW..... If you get a chance to talk to John for more than five minutes one on one....... bump into him again somewhere, he remembers you and talks to you like an old friend. I used to work for the water agency in Yorba Linda and bumped into him a few times after the restaurant chat, didn’t expect him to remember my face because of all the faces he sees everywhere.... he did every time and was just a very warm guy. Class act dosen’t begin to describe him.....

John you have the biggest heart of anybody I know, and you passed it on to your kids!! Love hearing your stories!

Walking out to back parking in Indy, John comes by on his scooter and told my GF, that's John Force, he heard me and turned around, came back and just talked for about ten minutes. Amazing guy and we talked about my GF first experience at the track that day. He was so excited for her experience. BTW, you will never get an experience like that with any NASCAR driver. NHRA drag racing is an experience that everyone should give a try.

Awesome character, wears me out just listening to him! All heart, genuine energised human. I’d be delighted with a tenth of his energy. He autographed my cap at Topeka in 1996, I’d travelled from UK to see the NHRA show; he took time from the winners photo shoots to answer my request. True showman. I wish him and his family well for the future.

JOHN, I really enjoyed your "History of Force " . Especially talking about Ashley not knowing how to drive a stick shift ! And it's all because your running at 300 mph even when your not in your Hot Rod .

When ever I see or hear anything about John Force, I always think " Man, old John Force is by far the coolest there is" !

John is a very good storyteller.He's animated & humorous.Yet, he balances it out in a heartwarming way that makes you want to listen to him for hours. Hope to see you guys racing in Houston in October.🏁

John Force you are my age I always knew you are a true miracle to racing your life is special to the world to see you are so grounded to this dangerous sport when I was younger my Dad helped sponsor a dirt track sportsman's car I have the best memories of those times plus my best friend drove a modified car Thank you Sir you are a True legend of the Sport.

I love these stories. It's great as a racing fan to have interacted and gotten to know the Force family over the years. It was a joy to introduce my daughter to the sport in Las Vegas last November. She still talks about her experience of meeting Ashley, hanging out with Brittany in the winner's circle, and giving John a hug when he was on his scooter at the end of the day. Thank you for sharing this! We love your family.

John your girls grew up with a race manic like yourself .that started from the very bottom of. Hard times .but look at all the good god handed you .once you got the right people to talk your love of drag racing to the highest levels. And it is also in your girls blood . Just like it’s in yours.im now 60 years old and watched you many,many years you truly are one of a kind . Thanks John .force and family for all the memories.as a kid my dad built stock mods for small dirt tracks next to reading pa. In the 60,s .my home town drag strip is maple grove . I know you know that track .last ^hing john .you truly do have a great heart .and truly care about fans and good people . Awsum .

Dear John, It's good to see you are well. I don't care what they say, I love listening to you talk! I can listen to you for hours. Lol. Yours truly, And your " forever fan" Phillip the third.

Truly the first family of the NHRA, no disrespect to the other family teams. We have already seen the first two generations put their indelible mark in the history of the NHRA and we have the third generation working their way up with John's grandkids. This is a true dynasty in professional auto racing. I have been following him since he was a struggling match racer. I met him and his family may times over the years at the former Raceway Park in Old Bridge, NJ. The track was sort of his East Coast home. I remember him telling stories of when money was tight doing odd jobs for the Napp family (the owner of the track) just to get enough money to race the following weekend. He always loves to talk to the fans and you can see that it rubbed off on the girls. I remember one time at the Summernationals they had to literally drag him away from the crowd line to test the car before the next round. He is a one of a kind character, and we all love him for that.

Well, I sure am glad that aging has finally slowed your speech down. I really enjoyed listening and watching your story about your life and beloved daughters. God does have a reason, and it shows how much you appreciate what he has given you.

They all did a great job. I have always said that I would love to jump in a TF dragster but actually doing it is a different story. I've been in some fast cars but it takes a lot of guts to strap into one of those cars. Respect to you and the ladies.

I hope this is a start to a bunch of sit down stories from John. I never get tired of hearing him talk about the past and how he and the whole family got started in racing.

I brought my cousin and my son out to see y’all run at Atlanta this past weekend. It was the first top fuel event they had ever been to. We had a blast and actually spotted you and Brittany in the pits a couple times! Thanks for an awesome show and such an awesome family story! We will definitely be coming to more events!

I have been a John force fan since that day on the road in to the US nationals when me and my buddy Greg passed John Force on the way out. John was on the side of the road talking to somebody. I told my buddy Greg that that was John force back there and he turned the truck around right over the railroad tracks. We came back and got out of the truck and JOHN pointed to us and said “I’ll be with you in just a second”. Me and Greg waited about 10 minutes and after he got done talking to the gentleman he turned to us and signed our items. I had a hat that had Shirley Muldowney’s Signature on it and he noticed it LOL. He signed his name bigger. I have been a fan ever sense. I always ALWAYS root for John and his daughters!

I'm not the biggest NHRA follower, but I could listen to this great Dad talk about his girl's all day.

I have been a fan of yours since before St. Terese, Canada, your first event win... I think it is called St. Terese. Now listening to you talk about your daughters, I'm a bigger fan. The sport needs people like your family.

Just found this channel and like others who’ve commented before me... yeah I had a tear in my eyes too. There’s just something about John Forces “purity” that is so very special. Even my wife who could care less about racing in general... stops to watch when a “Force” is racing cuz she too just loves John. I think that says it all. Hope we see JFR back soon.

Loved this, Been a fan since the Brut Force days,,, My Dad raced Latemodles back in the day, he never went to watch me race Sportsmans, when I put my Daughter Shelby in a Consistency Racing Truck and her first time out at 14 years old she got 2nd place, the next week she won, my Dad didn't go watch her in person but he would call me at midnight on Saturdays to find out how she did, I feel your passion both for racing and watching your kid(s) Race and Win, Shelby went on a winning streak straight outta the gate winning just about every time she hit the track, and it wasn't kids she was racing against, she was beating grown men, she won so much that they came up to me wanting to buy her Truck, not to race it but to keep her out of it, they even went to the track owners where we raced at and tried to get her banned from racing against them, they wanted her to race in the 10 and under class (that had a adult co pilot), Guess so they had a shot at a win, TRUE STORY my health went down hill and we had to stop racing but I still have her Truck and promised her we would go back racing when I get better and can get her back out there, now she want to go Drag Racing, Any Advise??? LOL

No one can tell a story better than John. He always speaks from the heart with an abundance of enthusiasm, emotion and animation. If there was a list of role models to look up to, John Force's name should be at the top.
