When track is smooth you dont feel the speed, when track is rough you feel the speed. Its just like when you drive on Motorway 100km feels not so fast but if you driving 100km on a country side road, it feels real fast. Its all relative to conditions.

+Hatim Baba Hatim Firstly i'd like to say i am not jealous of pakistan railways as there are no comparison between indian railways and pakistan railways. In our country (INDIA) max speed of trains are 160 kmphr (Gatimaan Express) and trial has been completed for 180 kmphr (Telgo / Tejas express). Even tejas has started their service on railway tracks and now we are waiting for talgo (Semi Bullet Train). And ya now come onto pakistan railways. In pakistan, maximum permissible speed for trains is just 120 kmphr in your whole country. Even your rail network is just about 11,881 kilometers only. While our Indian Railways has the distinction of being the world's third largest rail network. So i will advice you, don't mess with us and Stay within your limits.
