That’s a good way to put it & in my nec of the woods they added traffic cameras to observe who goes through the light (allegedly not to send ticcets) I haven’t ran it yet so I wouldn’t know

Cops register their plates for themselves and family as restricted. If a cop brings up their plates it will read restricted.

@@pedronavaja223s I saw in my town that they were looking for a yellow Jeep that had driven through yards and caused a mess (I live in the south) and as I scrolled down the paper had a picture of the Jeep as it went through every traffic light. No plates on it but you could make out the driver.

Or learn about the right to travel and you're not a driver as legally defined. And then learn how to use it to rebut the tickets as soon as it lands on your doormat.

Most of this like everything else is all about the benjamins baby. Basically the whole red light camera thing was a bunch of companies that wanted to make bank.. All they have to do is go and talk to Law Enforcement and city officials and say this will keep people safer and make it a lot easier to keep the streets safe and these companies get rich and suddenly everyone is being spied on. Many people think it's nefarious in order but often times it's all about the $$$$$$$$$$$$$$. For instance.. A lot of woke stuff and companies caving and firing employees because cancel culture tells them to. They fear losing $$$$$$$ if they don't and that's why they do it.. If they don't have woke suff or whatever.. They fear losing $$$ for not complying with the woke crap.. It's all about $$$$$ .. Although with Disney now err.. it seems like it is actually them being a bunch of pedos and wanting to actually hurt children.

In my state (Tennessee), most ppl know not to pay ANY red light or speed camera tickets. One of our former Senate district reps, Andy Holt made a video & posted it on FB of him burning one of said tickets and said to NEVER EVER pay them. They send you 4 notices and that’s it, they cannot prove who was driving the vehicle. I talked to Andy about it (we go to the same church) and discovered he was the ONLY rep trying to pass legislation to outlaw them and ofc it didn’t pass bc the state’s excuse was “Muh monayyy” 🙄

@@jacks1bonnielass in my state Pennsylvania you have 10 days to dispute the ticket and get a court date for disputing it and if you don't then you are automatically found guilty which means you automatically have to pay the fine and then if you don't pay that fine they automatically issue a warrant for your arrest and constables come to your door they either take you to jail or you hand them over the money plus their fees

I've not had a speeding ticket in decades and this pisses me off too. They shouldn't be allowed to do things like this without it being put to the voters not some lazy cop or mayor.

Local news is absolutely run by the police. They report as instructed or else they lose their access to police press releases and have no news. So they obediently disseminate the disinformation fed to them by their law enforcement agency handlers.

The state collects enough taxes police pull ppl over left and right and still complain!

@@enrymenttirarijas6166 not all of them but many use license plate blockers and they are getting away with it, because they are in the same clan. they do whatever to hide their identity, but regular people not allowed to do so. The problem is toll system which is basically a scam.

Get one!, been doing it for over 10yrs and never could any human tell with their eyes. So it’s legal. Cameras however, can’t and aren’t allowed to read my plates. Only human eyes, as law states.

@@4NaturesStory which technology are you using? I'm wanting to defeat the cameras especially the ALPR used by law encroachment automatic license plate readers. I live in Arkansas. The legislature here has deemed red light cameras as unconstitutional. That said I travel to neighboring states that do use the red light and speed cams. Also there are cameras everywhere all over the place I just don't want to be kept track of via my vehicle movements by capturing my license plate.

Except nearly no one in America gets a trial. If they did the system would collapse under the volume of frivolous misdemeanor cases pursued by state attorneys general. If you do exercise your right to a jury, they will see to make an example of you. The system is rotten at every level. Full abolition is our only hope

@@isidoreaerys8745 If more jurors begin nullifying people when they don't agree with the law defence lawyers will catch on & realize that they stand a good chance of winning trials. Thus you're correct the system would begin to collapse as more & more people opt for trials rather than accepting the plea deals. In this scenario the state has 2 options, either stop prosecuting stupid laws or offer REALLY good plea deals like a fine with no criminal record. It will likely be a mix of the 2 should this happen. So yes nullifying people will lead to more people opting into trials. In every situation nullifying stupid laws is beneficial to society & it could have a potential snow ball effect. With the political tension & stakes rather high now would be the best time for people to begin promoting & educating people on jury nullification. Even in California there are a lot of republicans, imagine if pro-2A jurors began nullifying people on all gun charges since any gun law is a violation of the constitution in America. It would be AMAZING!

in florida there was a camera that would take a photo of you running a red light (the light changed extra fast from yellow to red) and send you a bill to pay for running the violation.. it was not a citation nor a order to appear in court they were telling you basically "if you dont pay us we are going to send this video to the police station and have them ticket you. pay so we dont send the video" same thing everyone paid not to deal with it but still scummy on blackmailing.

In fact it drives people out of legitimate economic activities due to losing car or job due to arrests which fuels more serious crime. @@Batnoodles Which is something EV owners don't understand but are the first ones to complain about the roads. IMO, we should pay by the mile, not just a lump sum for car that is stored in a garage and driven a couple times a year. Same for insurance. The INDIVIDUAL should be insured for Liability and collision. Only comprehensive should cover the rest and that should be part of the renters/homeowners policy. State farm will write you a policy on a Vette or Hellcat, but they won't cover a radar detector if it's stolen. Seems they won't cover anything used to detect speed enforcement as only speeders own them (as I was told). But they will insure a hotrod. Yeah, I never get rubber in my Hellcat. 😇Go figure.

Can cops see it? I know some lisence plates that emit infrared so cameras won’t pick it up but to the human eye it looks normal

@@thehexpro2429 Tolls are owned by a company most of the time... the only ones that are state funded are the ones that stop you before you enter in the toll lane and I have only seen 2 the sunpass in florida and the one in the middle of houston the rest are legit companys that cant do anything because they are charging you for... taking a picture of your car on a road they did NOT build.

thing is most tolls are owned by some form of company that charges you to be on a public road that you already paid for in taxes. the only LEGIT tolls are ones that stop you and charge you before you go in.

This is why we need to Abolish the police. The United States spends more on policing it’s own citizens than estropean countries spend on their entire millitary! We live in a draconian police state. It was never intended to be this way.
