As another viewer commented, those trees were not Crepe myrtle, but a variety of Bradford pear tress, an invasive specie that South Carolina now bans the sale of.
Not Crepe Myrtles but Bradford Pears ;-) Wish you would have gone on Westermoreland at Gibbs hospital on 14 and showed Le Jardin Subdivision on East Howell. Gates are open during the day. You would have driven past my house when you get on E Howell off Abner Creek. I love proper Greer city more than downtown Greenville. Not as crowded. Good parking and can walk everywhere!!
Hi Aubree, I would love to see more neighborhoods. My wife and I have been to the area many times recently looking for a retirement home in the next 3 years.
I think they are pretty neat honestly. O’Neal Village for example is a good 20 min from the grocery stores, shopping, and coffee shops. Kind of cool to be able to not go too far if you forgot something. I’ve also never heard of the “15 min cities” so I’ll look it up and try to understand where you are coming from on this one.
@@joycecopus5623ooooo that would be cool! Not sure how I’d do that with my GPS. Would it help if we dropped pins on a map? Maybe added to some of the in between screens?
