Driving Home For The First Time Since Relearning 

Gosh, I am still amazed by Lilly's perseverance and such a huge desire to learn to drive in a new, correct way. So many people would just drop everything, give up and take a bus or lifts for the rest of their lives. Lilly is an amazing example of determination and mental strength to literally start with a clean slate and relearn everything! ❤️ I don't know a person more deserving a license than this lady after all this work.

So glad to see Lilly again. Lilly you have so got this. If someone has been teaching you for 200 hours and you haven't got it, then it is not you that were the problem, it was your "teacher". With an instructor like Matt you will fly!

Honestly, I was a nervous driver right up until I passed my test and started driving alone. Still get nervous in unfamiliar areas. Driving home is amazing. What helped me was having destinations to go to. I found that my instructor telling me "OK, left here. Right at the lights." etc didn't help. When we started saying "OK, we're going to XYZ Street." and each time the destination would be further away. My confidence soared. Lilly will get there eventually.

I am training to be an ADI. These videos are so helpful. Still waiting to take part 2. Test cancelled 5 times due to pandemic. Currently teaching stepdaughter to drive Matt you make it look so easy, but it’s really not! Lily you are a star and doing so well. I can see your confidence growing. Its fab seeing lillys progress hope you come back. Update on mine lilly and matt im back behind wheel Since lockdown my current instructor been absolutely brilliant and he feels I'm ready to prepare for my practical test soon. But have to wait for theory test with the back logged due to covid before we push ahead. Ive managed to book my theory for July 20th witch was the only available one at the time. No matter how many driving instructors you have you will find perfect one eventually who is willing to put there time into your learning Pace and unstand if you have learning difficulties or fears in general. Ive had 4 driving instructors spent thousands on lessons to get my independent and not rely on my partner to take me place. I am now seeing the end of tunnel. My driving instructors is hoping ill pass by Christmas the latest thats if there any more lockdown and back logs for practical tests. Make sure you come back lilly you can do this don't stop your amazing. Matt is helping you so much in your confidence. Im routing for you. X
