@@Tywild327 live in Vermont, the only reason im not getting any muscle car currently is because I only have 1 parking spot at my apartment and Need something that can make it through all seasons which this video proves will not do well in snow
Great information! I own a 2023 Corvette C8 Z51 2LT HTC and recently sold my 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited X and purchased a 2023 Camaro 2SS 6 Speed Manual for my primary vehicle. Most people thought I was crazy but I did it for several reasons; mainly, I think the Gen 6 Camaro is a awesome American Muscle Car. Finally; I have been driving longer than most people have been living and remember when we put snow chains on the rear tires to drive in snow and ice. This was before automobile manufacturers began putting the safety features on their vehicles. You provide they work and all we must do is like we did before SUV's and safety features; drive like you have some sense! 😂 Great video!!
Driving a stick in thick snow is a lot tougher than a automatic I have 2017 Camaro SS Fifty but it's auto 8 speed. I drive it in the winter too. I have no real problem the snow and ice button works well not to let the car over rev so when it get loose it slow it down and pulls it back in line. Glad you showed real snow driving then all these people show it on 2 inches of snow. Not sure if you know this but hold you traction button down for about 5 seconds it will also turn off the stabillatrak you will see another light come on the dash when it's off. That will let you do doughnuts. I live in mi. too I just moved from Troy to Macomb. Great job on the vlogs too. FYI always back your car in when you go anywhere the front splitter cost over 500 bucks. take from me that sucked Parking blocks suck. Have a good one.....
Hey I definitely appreciate the comment. Thanks for letting me know how to disable the stabilitrak. I posted a snippet on IG and people clowned me lol. Troy was my first choice to live but the prices increase very Fast when I was looking. I like macomb also. They built up a lot out there. I thought it would be a breeze with winter tires lol.

After watching this video i bought some nokian 10 snow tires for my 2020 lt1. Never thought id feel comfortable driving rwd in snow lol thx for the vid
Just like the late 80's when I used to drive my '84 L69 Zapper though Toronto winters with Michelin all season tires and bag of cement in the trunk for weight.
@@QueTheChaotic You need snow tires, first snow with my charger (without them) I backed down the driveway onto the road and the car just sat there and spun. It didn't move an inch lol
Shout out to Coolidge. Its impossible on the summer tires. I HAD to get Winter tires. I only drove on the summers a handful of times. Can't wait to put them back on
I have the same car, its my daily driver, but i won't drive in snow, I did dump the original tires! They were like driving on plastic! I replaced them with Continental Summer Tires, three times the tire that chevy put on the car! Other than that, no complaints I love the color and the performance, got her when she only had 4 miles now three years later she has 19000,
How did you do the front view filming the speed, G-forces etc? Also, How much do snow tires really help? I have a 2016 Camaro with low profile sport tires. It sucks in the snow!
Greg W I’m all for it. I see a lot of people in Michigan with them in the winter. But if you live in an area with hills, I would consider something else. Or a winter beater
Que_The_Chaotic that’s my biggest concern. The blocks directly around my house are very hilly. Besides that there aren’t many but getting to my house is steep. I just want the car so bad Im trying to make any excuse to get it. Even considering chains just to get onto and off my block haha

The Michelin X Ice winter tires are garbage. Had them on my RWD Genesis Coupe and always got stuck in deep snow. Put a set of Nokians or Toyo G3 Ice on the Camaro and you'll get through deep snow no problem. I have the Toyos on my SS 1LE and I can drive through anything with the G3 Ice.
Quick Question: I have a 2022 Camaro 2ss , and I’m planing to get it to Denver , but I heard that cold weather actually has a chance to damage the car components , etc . It’s that true ?
Just wanna put out there that there are budget Snow tires. I rather cry throwing my money away on snow tires for these conditions then to drive on cracked summer tires. Just asking for an accident...I'm looking at a 2017 2SS next year and I live in Utah. Definitely gonna invest in some snow tires and save the summer tires because they be more expensive than snow tires. But more power to ya if you can handle tho. Nice color.
I couldn't get my 2014 SS 1LE out of the drive way with BFGoodrich All Season A-specs. I had to shovel the drive to get it back under the carport Lol It's been lowered 3 inches, I guess I better get some snow tires Lol They're awful in the snow smH Thanks for the video and tips. Man I'm glad I didn't go with that color . I got a 2020 white . 1ss with black wheels & black stripes ❤️ mines definitely not a daily driver . I bought it for my weekend car
RealOne4 to be honest I didn’t notice a difference from the way I drive. I had Blizzaks on the Mustang and X-Ice on the Camaro. It’s more helpful that the Camaro has snow mode but if you baby them, they are the same. The mustang might mace snow mode in other trims, just not the base GT I had
