Miss Trudy, here in the US many African American families grew up eating collard greens, turnip greens and mustard greens especially in the southern states of the US. My family grows both collard and turnip greens. When I found out about kale, I love eating it too.

Trudy it is not the only Ferrari in Ghana. There are so many crazy Sport car. Try to search for LAUNCH CONTROL in Ghana. OR DRIFT HUNTERS in Ghana. And see sports car owner play ground in Ghana. they just did the 2024 one less than a month ago. The do it every year. Some of the richest men in Ghana take part. including the brother of the former President who is a very successful business man in construction company, with a private jet. FERARRI IS THE NR. 1. ITALIAN CAR. not German or US.

Trudy you can get ugali flour at every market in Ghana. And it's way cheaper than the one bought from the supermarket. The people from volta region and the northern part of Ghana eats ugali too( but they don't call it that.) Whenever you visit any market in Ghana ask for dry corn flour. Please not wet corn or saoked corn dough but dry corn flour for " akple" that's how the Ewe' call it but for them they add cassava dough to it, you only need the flour . Or better still get dry corn ang mill it at the market and Viola, your ugali

Collard greens are everywhere at the liberia camp in Ghana liberians eat it so is mainly sold on the camp am i Ghanaian though but i eat it so thats why i always buy some there and maize floor is everywhere in the local market we northerners stir it just like the ugali but we make it soft abit
