DRL BULBS INSTALL 99-06 SILVERADO OR SIERRA 

Very good concise video w/o all the crappy music & good suggestion on the bulbs. Only suggestions I would make is to put dielectric gel on bulb base before putting them in. Helps the bulb base stay cooler & bulbs do better. Otherwise, great video. Keep up the good work. 1aauto would be a good place to get replacement headlights at a fair price & they come w/new bulbs.

Just bought new front headlights for my 2007 Classic Silverado 2500HD on Amazon. Just about $70 for all 4 lights.

Your halogen bulbs may work for you, but you will find in alot of cases that the connectors are fried inside and either burned and corroded or melted. That just made me change mine to LEDs, which use less power and run alot cooler.

The 3M headlight polishing kit works really well for those lenses, and it's way less expensive than new housings. All you really need is a drill. They supply the rest. . . Can't believe you handled those bulbs with your hands, no matter how "dry" you believe your hands are! ALL skin has oil in them, (that's why they use powder to pull fingerprints from a crime scene.) At the very least, a blue "shop towel" would have done the trick!!
