My husband was told he was infertile, I was super fertile and only 24. He started working out, lost weight and quit smoking cigarettes and several months later his sperm count came back normal and he’s now fertile! Lifestyle can be the cause of it all! Now doctors say we have a good normal chance at getting pregnant naturally! Don’t always run to IVF also if sperm is bad quality IVF can fail cause of the bad sperm. It’s best to fix it with lifestyle changes.

I’m really surprise no one mentioned weed - is one of the things that people have increasingly used more since the 70s, and there is a lot of evidence of how much it affects sperm, Not only count but also motility , shape, and overall quality… Ps: Definitely there are other factors that could affect fertility. however, I think that people should know about this as well because there’s not enough conversation about the topic, and it could be something that it’s affecting someone that wants to have a child and doesn’t know that this could be reducing their chances substantially…

This is what happens when people put/bring plastic into their lives. I tell people all the time try to avoid plastic and many act like I'm crazy. Like stop buying clothes made of plastics, if it isn't Linen, cotton, rayon/viscose, Chinse linen/Ramie, hemp, silk or pinna Don't buy it. Try to find a plastic alterative instead of buying something made with or of plastic. Sometimes you can't Ex: fabric watch bands are impossible to find in natural fibers.. However most thing made of plastic can be made of wood instead. Almost everything can be made from natural materials but the reason why things aren't is because synthetics have such high profit margarines. Button can be made of sea shells, coconuts, wood, glass, etc. Toothbrushes: bamboo. A traditional style razor is plastic free. Purge all the plastic, donated it to thrift shops as you slowly replace it with alternatives. Also avoid press board/plywood as it's really toxic too.

"We almost didn't have this" I've been asking to be sterilized nearly 30 years to prevent pregnancy and doctors refuse to put in any of this effort to prevent me from having a kid, but they're willing to do so much to help people have kids when they can't? Or what would it take to get these moles removed that seem like they may turn into cancer? Like, how do I get that kind of attention from doctors? Get breast cancer? I want to avoid kids AS MUCH AS IF NOT MORE THAN these folks want kids. We have 15 million orphans globally, so it's not like we lack options to have kids. It's truly selfish to want to make kids "like you" when so many lack homes AND we're not putting down unwanted children when they're in the home too long (like animals - the US alone murders 4-9 MILLION animals every year that go "unwanted" so why not kids?)

If we were all made randomly and as a result of purely blind matter and chemical reactions then there is no difference between you and a rat, an insect, a tree or a rock because you are made up of atoms all the same. This is a dangerous beleif because you have no morality. And anyways, you can not objectively say what is right and what is wrong anyways because it is all subjective to your own feelings. What is the criteria in which you base your beliefs and morals upon that you are utilising to determine what is right and what is wrong? A TRUE Atheist should have no problem with anything if it serves him and his happiness like stealing or r@ping people because it contributes to fulfilling his own desires. It's all about survival of the fittest so you should let poor and old people die and not help them because they are weak and don't deserve to live. A believer in God will know that this is all wrong and he should put his desires aside and obey his creator because goodness only comes from him. And perhaps you can do your part by deleting yourself from humanity.
