I just wanted to say that Milani's "Most Loved Mattes" is a must have palette for beginners. They are all mattes, but they have many neutralshades, as well as a few deeper shades that compliment the neutral ones very well. The Milani "Bold Obsessions" is just as awesome as the "Most Loved Mattes", but, it kicks it up with some beautiful shimmers and pops of bolder colors. They're both very pigmented, easy to use, and blend very easily, as well. You can get SO many beautiful looks out of them, and they truly do rival the higher end products; These are definitely in my top favorite palettes; both drugstore and high end! All of Milani's products are next level and rival higher end products, so are NYX.I absolutely love them also, in fact, one of my favorite foundations, is the NYX Total Control Drops. That and the Loreal True Match that you recommended are two of my favorite drugstore foundations. AND, they are both very inclusive, and have a very large shade range! Btw, I've looked at that NYX palette so many times...I'm definitely going to pick that one up! I think this video is very thorough and will help a lot of people...Just very thought out and well done. Eco tool eye brush sets are cheaper and you get dual ended ones or regular ones for less than the Milani (also better for smaller eyes.) Milani face brushes are awesome if you buy singles (highlight brush a dupe for ABH.) Otherwise Real Technique and Moda are great face brush sets, both under $20.

I guess I have been sleeping on the Elf's products for awhile. When I first started really getting into make a five years ago, I loved their eyeliner and I use to buy their 1.00 natural and dramatic lashes. I need to try their primers and makeup wipes.
I never used to do my brows either. I started off just adding mascara to them to give them a polished look but then I was told they were too dark (my mascaras are ALWAYS the blackest black haha). So then I found the Maybelline Brow Mascara and fell in love! That's all I used for awhile and then I started trying to fill them in more with a brow pencil. On the days that I'm rushing, though, I got right back to the brow mascara! Always have one in my stash :D
A lot of these I already have and reach for over my high end stuff a lot of the time! I have the loreal foundation but I got a cool shade and its almost a perfect color but the undertone is not for me it makes me look ashy ashy ashy lol. I love the feel of it on my skin so I have to try out a warm or neutral shade. I cant wait until the fav lippie/liner video since I'm such a lippie freak!
