For me, The Ever Pure Bond Pre-Poo was my "toe" dip into strengthening products. I'm a 2B, low density, wavy. It helped. Did not love the S/C. Protein treatments packed a longer lasting punch, but if you have the time for a pre-poo, this one won't break the bank and I found it beneficial used every other wash day.
Sweet! I wanted to pick this up even b4 this video bc I switched from Maui Moisture to El Vive Damage Repair and it made a huge difference for me. And the CS Bond Salve has helped too. So good to hear, I think it’ll work great for me. Damn hard water!
Thanks for all the info! I always appreciate your way of being both brief & thorough. Nice to hear a simple explanation between amodimethicone vs dimenthicone bc Lab Muffin got me interested in the former for damage. I have hard water damage so I’m really interested in the pre wash treatment but like you I’m always wondering if not having fresh hair is a good thing. I think even when I did the CS Bond Salve the first 2 times I rinsed or washed first and got much better results than the third time not doing so. The El Vive Damage repair shampoo has been really good to my hair & I’m pretty sure it has silicones so maybe the entire line could work for me to rotate in sometimes, but I’ll start with the pre wash. 👏🏻
I'm glad you enjoy my videos and the way I explain things! I try hard not to rant and I know not everyone cares about all the details. But I find them interesting and helpful! Hard water is definitely hard to deal with. Have your seen the video I did on the apple cider vinegar rinse a few weeks ago? Maybe that will help. I've definitely found that I prefer to have clean hair when I go in with a treatment. I find them more affective that way too. ☺️
@@Linas_lovelylocks Yes ACV has helped dandruff a ton! And I’m thrilled there are more than ever avail bc while I’ll do a DIY it’s just nice to have one ready to pull out. I really appreciated how u said at the end detangling with it probably isn’t a good idea bc that was my first thought 😹💖
