JD and Domi were nominated for a Grammy this year (2023) for their 'Not Tight' album produced under the label/guidance/tutelage of Anderson .Paak - so not bad for a teen and 20 something! Domi is an absolute MONSTER, with ridiculous chord voicings, leads, all while keeping the funkiest bass line going to match JD's beats. The two have been playing together since being at Berklee together (both dropped out early and started touring) and are inseparable.

Great reaction! I believe JD Beck was only 17 years old when this video was recorded. Domi is indeed the keyboard/synth player. She is only a couple years older than JD and a fantastic keyboard player herself. Together they form a duo and they recently released their debut album. The album is really good, but definitely for a niche audience. It gets _very jazz._ 😅
