What a disgrace. How long did it take for you to recognize Pau? There are only three members of this family band. "Is that their dad?" She announced him twice by name. Your abject ignorance is staggering. I'll never watch another video of yours.

You might not believe it, but I could have been much harsher -- easily. This mutt laughed at and pinned my comment. How bad do you think I should I feel about it?

He's reacted to several other Warning videos, so he should know who they are by now whether he's the president of the fan club or not. I don't think it's expecting too much.

Listen my man. Right now you are doing exactly what Pau is saying in the song. You are running your mouth all fast and stupid cause you just want your opinion to be seen as stronger, while at the same time no one really cares for that opinion. You are a disgrace to us, The Warning fans, cause we are all about embracing new fans to the club, rather than criticize them. You are a loco narcicista, chico
Hey L33! The guest drummer is Beto Ramos, Paulina's drum teacher and drummer for the band Los Claxons. Fun Fact: Pablo Gonzales, Ale's Bass teacher is the Bass player for Los Claxons, and also had a guest appearance at these shows.
This song is their answer to critics who complained that they are Mexican and not singing in Spanish. The guest drummer is Beto Ramos. He is the drummer of the Mexican rock band Jumbo, and formerly of the band Los Claxons which is the band of Pablo Gonzales who is Ale’s bass teacher. Beto is Pau’s drum teacher. English lyrics for Narcisista (malinchista is a Mexican word meaning cultural traitor): They say they have to pray for me So worried but I do not see That they are praying so much It's not for much Quit your judging already Stay away from me Please! I don't understand the big deal about singing in English. I mean, did Dutch, Norwegian, Swedish, Icelandic and German critics rip Golden Earring, a-ha, ABBA (and Roxette, and Ace Of Base, and and and), Bjork/Sugarcubes and the Scorpions respectively for singing in English?
Pau is a force of nature! So much energy and passion, this song was one of the last songs of a 90+ minute concert, to have that kind of energy after playing drums before that is crazy!
Dude I know right?? She's amazing. The amount of effort she puts into it also is a factor. It's not like she's "conserving energy" at all. She's full balls to the wall the entire time. It's amazing 😄
@L33Reacts One of few lead songs where she does so, you can see her do this one as she usually does it in other videos, like Foro DiDi in 2019 which is one of fan favorite show recordings.
Is that their Dad?? LOL!!! Beto Ramos ...I believe it's Pau teacher. This is my favorite performed song by these awesome ladies. Pau loose on stage headbanging with Dany and Ale!!! Man is it September yet?!!!
Yep, Pau came out from behind the drums. Her drum coach, Beto Ramos , is playing. Last year with Halestorm, AreJay Hale came out and played so Pau could go up front for a song. Lesson #1 , don't piss off Pau. The song is a response to the critics complaining that they didn't have any songs in Spanish. Basically, she told them off. Their Mom helped with the Spanish lyrics and phrasing. Pau could easily be a frontwoman. She OWNED that stage! 🤘🤘
@L33Reacts as a drummer you can probably comment about playing someone else's kit. Especially a man playing a kit set up for Pau who is (generously) five feet zero inches tall, with cymbals hung low and tight to allow her to do the catches that The Warning use frequently for stops and breakdowns.
Idont know if you know, that in a normal show Pau sing this song at the same time she plays the drums. And thats for me much better! Saluds desde México
To appreciate this song and Pau you need to stop trying to watch the newest upload and watch the orginal uploads of this song and actually see Pau plays drums while singing lead , not only on this song but other songs as well . Then you would understand more about the band , what they do and realize this was a special treat to see Pau come out from behind the kit .. you would also learn all 3 play piano /keyboard . All 3 sing .
The title comes from their critics calling them narcissistic betrayers of their culture because up to the composition of this song, they had only used English for their lyrics. Of course, that pissed off all three of them, but especially Pau who decided to write a response in Spanish. However, she found the process difficult because she had never done it before. But with the help of her mother to make sure the Spanish was grammatically correct, she wrote this single, especially for their Mexican audience. It is basically an artistic FU. Although Dany is the usual lead singer, Pau does this song and several others from behind her kit. This was the first time she did it from the front stage because her mentor, Beto Ramos, was sitting in on her kit. Pau usually doesn't let anyone play the drums for her, only people she respects. There are a few videos captured in their rehearsal studio (call The Warning Cave), which is in the basement of their house, where she has allowed some guests to perform with them, allowing her to play piano or play diva up front. But this was the first time that I know that she did it in concert. Later last year, there were also a couple of times that she also allowed Arejay Hale of Halestorm to play drums for her on stage so she could step out front. Again, if she respects a drummer, she will allow them to sit in at her kit.
@@L33Reacts Exactly. They have turned into cultural ambassadors for the Mexican Rock music scene as evidence by this video circulating worldwide and showcasing Beto Ramos' talent on the drums. In Mexico he may be more famous than The Warning, IDK, but he has been around in several bands over his career. Just, at this moment, his association with The Warning, and especially Pau, has given us reason to talk about his performance. That shows that they are not narcissistic and definitely not cultural traitors.
She has previously sung other songs up front, but only in combination with other bands. They opened for a Mexican band called Moderatto, and joined together for one song. Adding an extra guitar and bass isn't too much of a problem, but adding a second drummer is, so Pau fronted the combined band and did a stellar job. She also sung Breed by Nirvana in combination with Eruca Sativa, an Argentinian power trio whom they've toured with a few times.
@@elgonwilliams7624 Another example of TW respecting their forerunners in Mexican rock'n'roll was bringing the multi-hyphenated star Jay de la Cuerta up as second guitarist on this same song for their Mercury Lounge NYC dates in late 2019. It was the second of those dates that Lava Records chief Jason Flom was able to attend, shortly after which he initiated the negotiations to sign The Warning.
