What state does he live in? Idk how he can afford his insurance. I'm sure it varies state by state but I think somewhere between 4 or 5 DUI's gets your licensed revoked for life.

It's to be expected if you're in the front row at any stand up comedy show. Not all stand ups do a lot of crowd work and there are some who don't do any, but generally speaking if you're going to see stand up comedy you should already know there's a chance of it happening if you're at the front.
