A drunk woman is arrested after biting a 6ft7 man. The drunk suspect tells officers she called police to deal with her problem but is upset after the police took her to jail. Meanwhile, officers place multiple a combative drunk suspects in restraint chairs to cool down, but they're running out of space. One suspect is offered a second chance to cooperate and get out of the chair but he quickly disrespects his choices.
